The single-storey Villa Can Poquet is nestled in a quiet spot only 3 km from the beach and the popular holiday resort of Pollença and offers space for 4 people. This typically Majorcan holiday home features a cosy living room with satellite TV and stove, a well-equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. The child-friendly house also comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a high chair, a cot and a garage. The extensive garden with a large pool and several covered areas with seating and sun loungers as well as a covered barbecue area provides the perfect place to relax. The old town of Pollença with its restaurants and shops, as well as the bay with its fine sandy beaches, are less than 10 minutes away by car.
