Beach Villa Margot for six people with people

With a unique location in the exclusive Gotmar area, just steps from the centre and Puerto Pollensa beach, Villa Margot is an impressive property with a private pool and 3 bedrooms that will impress. Built to an extremely high standard, making extensive use of local stone and particularly well-furnished, the villa will be the perfect choice for all those guests seeking exclusive holidays in a well-known neighbourhood.



Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor and has been recently renovated to offer an even better holiday experience. There is a truly enormous living room, with large doors leading to the pool patio and exposed beams (equipped with sofas, armchairs, dining table, satellite TV (free channels), Wi-Fi Internet, an independent modern kitchen (fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine), as well as 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom (respectively with bathtub and shower). The third bedroom can use a family bathroom with shower.



Air conditioning is available free of charge for our guests from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. All interiors have been furnished with the utmost attention to detail and are spacious and bright.



In the exterior, the villa is located within 1200 square metres of private land with pine trees, flowers, shrubs and a cosy private swimming pool. The private pool measures 6 m x 4.8 m (depth between 1.2 m and 2 m). Sunbeds are provided to enjoy pleasant relaxation hours under the warm Mallorcan sun. There is also private parking on the premises.



The tourist tax is included in the rates.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
