Apt. Vecchio Frack is a ground floor apartment located in Residence Cala Paura in Polignano a Mare. The residence is located about 300 meters from the statue of Domenico Modugno and 50 m from the beach of Cala Paura, from which it takes its name. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, it is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and private parking (particularly suitable for those arriving by car).

The apartment consists of a living room with dining table, sofa bed, and kitchen with electric hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave oven and sink in steel, two double bedroom and a bathroom with shower box and washing machine. There is also a small outdoor area with sofa, table and chairs. The house is at few steps from the sea of Cala Paura.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.

Excellent location

Pluses: Washing machine was perfect. Location-excellent for walking into town in any direction. Angelica from WePuglia was excellent: responded quickly, answered any question, willing to help.The WePuglia office sent us excellent information ie. grocery store within waking distance, hospitals and doctors' offices, restaurants, etc. Space for living was very good. Plenty of blankets, comforters and pillows. Parking space was perfect.Minuses: The whole apartment was a little "tired". The mattresses need replacing. The refrigerator worked, but the door was broken. The only coffee maker was a tiny Moka style coffee pot. There was no toaster. I know there are Italian toasters. One of the two toilet flushing buttons didn't work. The towels provided were, again, small and a little tired. The whole complex is a little dated and in need of repair ie; loose boards on the walkways, rusted gates, unreadable numbers on the apartments.

Aufenthalt war gut. Entgegen Beschreibung auf Webseite war kein TV-Gerät vorhanden (Minuspunkt). Safe funktionierte nicht, da Batterien wohl leer, Personal der Agentur war freundlich, kompetent und via whatsapp stets erreichbar.

Soggiorno a Polignano

Il residence è situato in posizione strategica, fuori dal caos del centro storico ma raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10 minuti circa. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort , fornito di biancheria da bagno e da letto e la cucina completamente accessoriata. Dallo zucchero al sale al pepe alla moka del caffè alla lavastoviglie , pentolame di ogni genere. Lo spazio esterno all’appartamento è molto grande e privato e, nel nostro caso, soggiornando con un cane di media taglia , è stato fondamentale ai fini della scelta di questo appartamento. Daniela, la ragazza con la quale ci siamo interfacciate per il check in ed il check out è di una gentilezza e disponibilità difficili da trovare al giorno d’oggi. A pochi passi dal residence inoltre troverete la pescheria da Pasqualino che fa dei crudi meravigliosi e sempre uscendo dal residence sulla destra, percorrendo una piccola scalinata , è possibile accedere a Cala Paura dove abbiamo trascorso due mezze giornate
