Gostei do atendimento. Tive um problema com a acomodação que foi prontamente resolvido. Entretanto gostaria de sugerir que instalassem no banheiro um suporte para shampoo e corrigissem a fixação da saboneteira. A ducha é um ponto forte do banheiro.

De modo geral eu gostei, mas tenho pontos: Atendimento? Muito bom. Todos os funcionários são agradáveis e atenciosos; Café da Manhã: Delícia. Variedade no cardápio, tudo fresco, mas o que ficou a desejar foi o suco, que não era natural, tomei achando que era e percebi que era artificial, o que não costumo beber; Quarto: a limpeza estava ok, mas, tinha cabelo nas paredes do banheiro, a cama e os travesseiros são um pouco duros, mas da para relaxar. E uma coisa que na verdade me incomodou, foi o fato do guarda roupa tem cupim e só percebi após espanar a coberta e colocar na cama, onde vi bolinhas e vi o cupim no armário.

Faltou um aspirador, uma vassoura... mas serve

Antes de ir li algumas críticas muito fortes sobre as condições do Hotel, mas como a reserva já estava feita, fomos mesmo assim. O hotel teve uma reforma a pouco tempo, mas me pareceu que faltou dinheiro para um aspirador. Tanto o piso do quarto como as áreas comuns tinham muita sujeira, o ralo do meu banheiro era puro cabelo, realmente não é boa a limpeza. Porém, cama confortável e um café da manhã que surpreendeu e muito. Alí é uma área limpa e bem caprichada. fomos com Pet e zero impecilhos quanto a isso, fomos muito bem recebidos. Quanto ao barulho não há muito o que ser feito, a rua é barulhenta, carro com som alto na madrugada é bem comum... valeu a pena no geral.

Melhor localização de Poços otimo custo beneficio

Todo ano vou a Poços de Caldas, não conhecia o Hotel Imperador ainda e me surpreendi muito, tanto pelo preço, que é extremamente justo, quanto pela localização, que sem dúvidas é a melhor que já estive em Poços. Espero voltar depois da reforma que estão fazendo! Até o café da manhã, que normalmente é mais fraco aí na cidade, me surpreendeu. Eles estavam servindo cápsula de café, e eu como amante de café achei muito boa a iniciativa!

O hotel tem muito a melhorar , o colchão era bem duro e desconfortável e as toalhas de péssima qualidade pequenas e asperas demais, café da manhã sofrível, ovos mexidos secos, e pães de queijo e enroladinhos frios, pois eles não tem funcionários na cozinha . Tanto o telefone do meu quarto como o da minha mãe não estavam funcionando . O único ponto a favor é a localização, bem em frente a praça central.
