Amazing hosts and an incredible house! This is a new property, but Erin and Ken are seasoned hosts with years of experience owning vacation rentals, and it shows. They were friendly, quickly responded to our questions, and when we had an issue, they had someone at the house immediately to take care of it. We were 16 people, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the amazing amenities. Everyone, from our grandkids to our 90-year-old mom, absolutely loved the karaoke stage with lights, two microphones, and endless song choices! There were board games for all ages and 3 arcade machines loaded with tons of games. The 2nd-floor game room with pool table and poker table was another big hit. Each bedroom had a smart TV, bedding was crisp and spotless, and beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a large group. Loved having a screened-in porch, where we could enjoy the mountain air on a rainy day. The hot tub and sauna were new, and spotless. We loved hanging by the fire pit at night. We loved taking long walks through the community, and even spotted a baby bear during one of our walks! Everything we needed was a 10-15 min drive, including markets, restaurants and activities. This was truly one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. Our entire family had an amazing time, and we hope to stay here again soon. We can't recommend this home and these hosts highly enough!
