not, bad, good quite older hotel, Ice machines had issues, and wished they had mini-fridges, but overall not bad.

This place was definitely out of the way from where we were, but as it was a last minute booking, we couldn't be too picky! The accomodations were spacious and clean. Unfortunately, because it being so out of the way left us crunched for time, we weren't able to take advantage of the pool, tavern/pub or other perks, as we got in late and had to get going the next morning. The staff were very welcoming and no eyebrows were raised/discomfort shown due to the fact that we were a LGBT couple.

I knew going in, The Mountain Laurel badly needed updating. However, the room was clean, the staff friendly. I was most disappointed there was no on site restaurant. Even a Pub menu at the bar would have been sufficient. The restaurant choices in town were not appealing, unless you want pizza. If you want pampering & attention, this isn't the place for you. If you want quiet & lazy, this is the place for you.

It was good just wich it had all the resterants they had before my husband used to work there years ago and it was alot better then they could of plowed better and fixed the leaking roof so people did not have to walk around the buckets on the floor but we still made the best of it and also the girl where u check in could use some persanality changes but other then her at the front desk the other employs were very polite

very good location , but am not pleased with the facility- just ok facility

Hotel is dated. But very close to camp grounds. Beutiful quiet location. Beds are not comfortable. The room was clean by appearance but have some stinky smell.

Clean , pleasant Older Hotel. Oh BTW They have the SPEED channel. Recommend great value

the location of the hotel is good.the only inconvenience is you can not make the coffee in the room.

1970s that never changed needs a lot of work or updating probably would saty at the Comfit Inn

Pluses: The staff was very nice and helpfu. The area was great, right off I-80. the pool was huge although we weren't there long enough to go in, and they had their own arcade, which if you have kids they would love it. they gave you a lot of towels and have many different areas to enter the building by room key only- security was not an issue. There was a full size fridge and stove and microwave as well as a coffee maker. Cons: They charged more than the promised price agreed upon online but we just weren't going to argue over it, we were tired. We had a choice to stay in the room with a pull down bed or a "hotel" type room for more, so we chose the pull down bed option. I'm average height and my feet hung over the end of the bed, it was extremely uncomfortable. My husband is taller and he was getting cramps in his feet from them hanging so far off. You can tell it was once an elaborate hotel/resort, but the room was outdated as was the rest of the hotel. maybe the hotel would have better rooms available w/o the murphy bed. i'd still recommend as a short stay, esp if traveling w kids.

Neither of the restaurants were open, nor were any of the bars. I had hoped to come here to relax and get some work done. I sought really only a jacuzzi to sit in and a WIFi connection in the room. When I arrived I found that the jacuzzi was only in the commercial spa and the only Internet accessibility was in a muzak lobby. For this service I was charged $79 for Thursday and $99@ for Friday and Saturday. This is honestly a rip and I don't recommend you standing behind this particular facility.

We really enjoyed the hotel and the location to Jack Frost Mountain. The hotel paid a lot of attention to the needs of my two your daughters providing them with activities and a movie that kept them active when we werent on the mountain tubing. We were also lucky to get an overnight snowstorm and woke up to a very white setting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to enjoy themselves in the mountains.
