The home also comes with complimentary use of two kayaks for time out on the lake during the summer months. Spend the evening on the fully furnished deck or make s'mores well into the night around the fire pit! Our home is a one level ranch style house, perfect for a family or couples. Bedrooms/Bathroom: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Bed & Twin bed Bedroom 3: Twin Trundle Bed Bathroom: Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub combo OUTDOOR LIVING: Large deck with Propane grill and Patio furniture & table. Outdoor firepit with wood provided. INDOOR LIVING: 4 Smart TVs (1 in every room) includes prime video subscription, electric baseboard heat, dining table with seating for 4, young children's toys, games for the whole family, books, and a washer/dryer. KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, Keurig (limited k-cups provided), industrial coffee maker, toaster, blender and more. GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, Pack N' Play, and highchair. PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) PETS: We allow 1 dog 25lbs and under with one-time pet fee of $35 You will have access to the entire home and all of Arrowhead Lakes amenities. In the home there is a welcome book with everything you would need to know about the home. If you need to contact us there is an emergency number to guest services available 24/7. This home is located in the Gated community of Arrowhead lakes Upon arrival you need to register at the front gate with your license and car registration. You are then provided a gate card for entry and exit of the community. There is a gravel driveway at the home for parking. The Arrowhead Lakes community is conveniently located near 940, 115, the PA Turnpike. It makes for a great stay year-round as it is filled with its own amenities within a close drive to much more! It is the policy of the community association. *We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration upon booking. * We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance via Airbnb. * Upon arrival, you will have to go to the Rental Office (located office site, on your way to the community) to obtain your gate cards and wrist bands. The office is open from 10am-10pm. Arrowhead Lake fees are mandatory in addition to Airbnb costs. *You are responsible for the full cost of your registration and late fees. If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit information Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
