**Pools will be open on the weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend and open daily the third week of June. The pools close for the season on Labor Day.**

-Registration Fee: $20
-Vehicle Gate Access Fee: $20 per vehicle
-Temporary Membership Fee (for all guests 6 & over):
-Off-Season: $2.00 per person/night
-In-Season: $8.50 per person/night

**These fees are beyond our control, it is the policy of our community association.
**All community registrations must be submitted no less than 1 day prior to arrival. If submitted within 3 days of arrival, a $100.00 late fee will be applied to the total.
**After booking, please be looking for a message asking for vehicle/occupants information.
**We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance through Airbnb.
**Upon arrival you will have to go to the Arrowhead Lake Welcome Center located at: 961 Arrowhead Drive, Pocono Lake, PA 18347 to obtain your gate access and temporary membership access QR codes. The office is open from 10:00am - 10:00pm daily for check-in.

You will have access to all areas of the house except for 1 closet that is locked, the golf cart, & the shed
