I only stayed for one night, but had a very plesant time. The hotel is located very close to restaurants and stores. The staff were kind and good in English. And the room was nice and clean. Big comfortable bed, big TV and a nice view. I would stay here again. Never had breakfast, but I heard it was good as well.
I expected more. The room was clean, but the furniture and bathroom could be modernized. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, some not so much. The walls are not too thick. We could here the TV from the neighbouring room in the night and there was also a very annoying musik played in the corridor close to the lift, which we could hear in the night.
This was a family trip with my parents, we stayed for one night and I am not expected to have any special comment to write for a review. My parent went for breakfast at an earlier slot, they were asked to sit in a defined area with other Asian. When they tried to sit at a sofa area with other Western, two staff came one by one to ask them move back and sit with other Asian. They noticed that only the western zone with a pot on the table, while they didn't have it. They feel that they received different standard of service. When a Western would like to sit close to the entrance together with other Asian, he was asked to sit inside even the house was quite full in the western zone. I am regret to have this unpleasant experience with them. I do understand that some hotels may prefer the same tour group sitting together for breakfast. The staff may find all Asian look like the same and they may not able to distinguish Chinese, Korea, Japanese and Malaysian. When my parents insisted to sit inside, they should understand that we are not the same group. As an international chain hotel group, they may operate in a better way. For example, if a tour group requested to sit together at breakfast, they may have a sign on the table in bilingual languages (English and Local for the group). If the hotel staff doesn't know how to use google translate, the tour group leader may help on it. Or, the hotel staff shall check with your room number before asking you where to sit.
Nice location within easy walking distance to the centrum. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Parking garage is clean as well maintained. Only bad thing is they do not serve Coke products, only Pepsi. But otherwise is a fine hotel.
Stayed here overnight during a recent business trip, Room was excellent, free WIFI, choice of pillows, clean and tidy, decor was a little on the tired side but in good condition. Free undercover secure parking and a good variety for breakfast.
We stayed here on 1 Jan 18. Since it was a holiday, the desk staff helped us figure out if any local sites were open for us (pretty much, not). We took the short walk up to the Square, where there was food, coffee, and beer for sale along the plaza. The Marriott is directly across the street from the Brewery Museum, the Cellars, and a very nice restaurant that is open generous hours. We spent a lot of time there due to bad weather, but the hotel's location was very good. Our dog was warmly welcomed, too, and there are sufficient walking areas right next to the hotel in small parks and green spaces.
This hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Plzen hl. n. station. The hotel is very modern, however, is also located just a few minutes walk from the Republic Square, which is surrounded by St. Bartholomew's Cathedral built in 14th and 15th centry and old buildings built in 17th century. This hotel manages the 'Market", 24-hour available store which carries various beverages and snacks.
I recently enjoyed a couple of nights here while on a Business trip. The hotel is easily reached by car and underground parking gave direct access to the hotel. Rooms were typical for a Courtyard, which are a decent size. Breakfast options were very good and the bar has several beers available, including of course a great tasting Pilsner Urquell on draft.
Good quality hotel, a little bit outside Pilsen city center, but absolutely within walking distance from downtown, restaurants, sights, etc. The room we had was very good and the service was certainly above average!
I am often in this Hotel on my Business Trips to Pilsen. I stayed in several Hotels but that one is the best I found in Pilsen. Thema rooms are always clean, big and comfortable. Really good is the Breakfast Buffet. Eggs, vegetables, porridge, cotton cheese and really good fresh bred. But don't go for the scrambled eggs. That is Standard Hotel instand egg. Better take fried eggs 👍. The staff is friendly. There is also a Fitness Center on the six floor for free. Expensive is the parking Garage but there you can use the garage on the other side of the road. This Hotel is definitely recommendable.
