Looking for a comfortable, furnished home on Cape Cod for an extended stay? We've got you covered. If you're interested, feel free to reach out to learn more! Please take note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Please note that our home is in a family-friendly, private, and quiet neighborhood. We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- Baby amenities are available free of charge. However, please inquire about their availability in advance. If you are traveling with a child and need essentials not provided, please inquire for a unique link to rent through Babyquip!

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
