It features a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and whirlpool bath) and a 5000 m² garden. Wifi, towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area for 8 guests
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, filter coffee maker, and a Tassimo capsule coffee machine.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190) and TV
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and TV
- Two bedrooms with two single beds each (sleeps four)
- Bathroom with whirlpool bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- 2 large 500 m² south-facing lawns with 800 m² enclosed, non-shared courtyard.
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace adjoining the courtyard, with stone seating for 8, parasol and garden furniture (3 places).
- To the rear of the house, facing north, a 2500 m² lawned park with small terrace and clothesline, and a 5000 m² wooded park.

The house is ideally located in Ploumilliau, 1 kilometer from the village, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby. You'll also be just a 10-minute drive from the sea.
