WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, basketball, beach volleyball arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Baćina/Katići" 470 m, ferry 7 km, pebble beach 7 km.
3-room house 100 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Upper floor: living room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), radio and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed. Shower/WC. Forced-air heating.
