Contemporary detached house with a garden of 160 m², a gravel driveway with carport of 75 m², a tiled terrace of 25 m² overlooking THE SWIMMING POOL: 7x3.5 m, heated to 28° and accessible from the June 8 until September 20, 1.20 to 1.50 m deep, with safety cover. Please note: children are the responsibility of their parents. NO OVERCAPACITY AUTHORIZED This accommodation is reserved for leisure customers. On the heights of Pléneuf Val André in the foothills of the Flora stream, about 1 km from the Port of Dahouët, the Pissotte beach and the large beach as well as the town center, the Kermelins gîte brings together all these strengths.
