Enjoy serene country life when visiting this charming farmhouse surrounded by panoramic views of fields and mountains. Your home away from home offers 4 bedrooms and a cozy living room with 2 sofa beds, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Bedrooms consist of a mix of bunk, twin, king, and queen beds to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests. Two bathrooms with showers and hair dryers provide convenience for your stay. Our beautiful dining room features seating for 16 guests plus a kitchen with seating for 6. Enjoy a movie in our unique theater room with reclining theater chairs. Unwind in the hot tub while the children enjoy playing games. Basketball, volleyball and bicycles can be enjoyed by all.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 11 AM sharp on your checkout date.
Please strip your beds and leave in a pile on the bed. The bed covers and pillows can also be left on the bed. Place towels, etc. in laundry baskets.
Load all dishes and pod into the dishwasher and start it. We will put everything away. Rinse heavily soiled dishes before loading. If you don’t purchase the pods then please hand wash all items.
Pullout sofa beds: please strip beds and leave sheets in a pile beside the sofas.
Clean the air fryer, microwave, and stove top if you use it.
Place all trash in the trash bins provided in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Please do not move any furniture in the house, not room to room or outside. The dining room table CANNOT be moved; tables have been bolted together.
Please do not take dishes, blankets, or anything else from inside the house outside. All items need to remain inside.
No hot items can be placed directly on the countertops or table as it will leave marks that are not repairable. Use the hot pads provided.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here over the weekend. The house was beautifully kept and very clean. Supplies were more than adequate. The host was very helpful and responded to my questions very promptly. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The house was amazingly beautiful and the location was stunning! The house was so clean and it was big enough for my large family to spread out. We especially loved sitting on the porch taking in the views and also soaking in the hot tub. The kids absolutely loved the media room! My only complaint was they only give you a small amount of supplies to start your trip which is fine but we did not know before arriving. You will need to bring additional toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap if you plan to wash.

Our extended family had a short stay to run the Lost Turkey trail race in Blue Knob State Park in July 2025. The property was perfect! A beautifully maintained and updated Farm House nestled in the corn fields with views from every point. Four beautiful bedrooms and two full baths. A kitchen with plenty of counters and dining room (serving 16) met all our needs. I could go on and on. Check out this property. The hosts are to be complimented! A complete worry free - relaxing stay for a great trail run.

Great getaway!
The farmhouse was beautifully decorated for Christmas and easily able to accommodate our two families of 4. The super size table with wall to wall windows was a great place to have everyone together. The hot tub in the garage made it easy to still use when it was cold and rainy. The kids loved the double bunk bed room and the theater room. The location was great for unplugging but a bit of a drive to get to the grocery store or other activities if you don’t plan on just staying at the house for your trip.Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend in the future!

Family funeral stay
This home was just perfect for our family to get together and share wonderful memories of our mom.
The house was spacious. Well stocked with cooking and serving dishes. Which we used over and over for meals. The theater room was used to relax and watch movies after long days. The beds were comfortable and cozy. We do not have Roku account so we were unable to use the TVs upstairs in the bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water for showers.
The house had a sentimental side for us also. Our mom used to clean this home for the formal owners for extra money.
We will stay again!

Magical place for family gathering
Our Thanksgiving stay at this farmhouse was magical! The stunning fall foliage, peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat for us. It’s an ideal venue for large family gatherings, with plenty of space and cozy charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the season. Highly recommend!

Beautiful farm home!
This home is located in a peaceful country setting with great views. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with and very spacious. The kids loved the tv/movie room. I highly recommend this home!
