Great place

Beautiful location, close to the beach and downtown area. The apartment is very comfortable and has almost everything you need, even in the kitchen. The wifi is very poor, so not recommended if you need to work while there. Rooftop pool and bar amazing, good food and drinks cheaper than anywhere else around, and the staff very friendly.Playa Pelicanos is the closest but it smells really bad everyday, all day (and not because of the sargassum). It's better to walk 5 more min on the beach to the one beside.

Nice but not perfect!

It was a nice place to stay in PDC. Close to water and beautiful 38th St. Loud in middle of night at times. Water to Apt was turned off the last day/night of our stay. Difficult to communicate with property owner. They never responded to the issue about water.
