ideally located 50 meters from the sea in a private cul de sac, very nice holiday home with garden and terrace, east / south orientation. Near the cliff (beautiful ballad). 8 minutes walk from the center of the "village" and shops. The house of 150 m2 consists of a large double living room overlooking the garden and terrace with kitchen and fireplace, upstairs three bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a large double bed and sea view, 1 bedroom with a bed 120 cm, 1 bedroom with a large double bed and a large loggia overlooking the garden. Dressing rooms or closet in each bedroom, a bathroom and a shower room, 2 WC

Si l'emplacement et la description de la maison sont conformes au descriptif de l'annonce, je regrette son cĂŽtĂ© nĂ©gligĂ© et poussiĂ©reux. Il aurait Ă©tĂ© de bon ton pour la propriĂ©taire de signaler qu'un chat avait sĂ©journĂ© dans la maison, ce qui m'a voulu un traitement contre les crises d'asthme dues Ă  la prĂ©sence de poils de chat. Le canapĂ© blanc du salon est maculĂ© de tĂąches ; des clous dĂ©passant de l'un des bancs attenant Ă  la table de salle Ă  manger ont causĂ© des accrocs Ă  deux vĂȘtements. La prĂ©sence de trous aux abords de la fosse septique a nĂ©cessitĂ© l'intervention d'un dĂ©panneur Ă  la suite de l'embourbement d'un de nos vĂ©hicules sans que la propriĂ©taire ne propose le moindre dĂ©dommagement.L'expĂ©rience de ce sĂ©jour nous a laissĂ© un goĂ»t amer.

Vor 3 Jahren haben wir dieses Haus kennengelernt und uns dort, als auch im Ort Piriac, so wohl gefĂŒhlt [vgl. unsere damalige Bewertung], dass wir nun wiederge-kommen sind. Kein Ferienhaus "von der Stange", nicht rundherum perfekt, man sollte einen gewissen Charme des Alters mögen. Wir tun das und auch die Betreung durch die sehr sympathische Nelly hat zu einem sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt gefĂŒhrt. petit b-moll: le temps un peu trop "breton".

TrĂšs bonne location Ă  50 m de la mer avec grand jardin oĂč nous avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances (2 adultes). Une maison avec le charme d'une ancienne habitation familiale ce que nous prĂ©fĂ©rons toujours Ă  ces locations de vacances "prĂ©fabriquĂ©s" sans Ăąme. ProcĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e un peu insolite (par tĂ©lĂ©phone), mais nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© alors la communication sans problĂšmes avec la trĂšs sympathique propriĂ©taire. Merci ValĂ©rie. En somme - une expĂ©rience Ă  refaire !
