One night stay. Room OK. Bed not comfortable. Staff not very friendly. Restaurant staff no idea how to provide a service. Food cold when arrived at table. Sent back and got the same piece if fish hot from the microwave which made the fish hard and unable to eat. Certainly would not stay there again.

This a very nice Hotel with excellent breakfast and other facilities. Rooms are nice and modern and in general everything are great with the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and no problem to have a late check out. This hotel is one of the hotels I will prefer to stay at when I am in Madrid

This hotel is well located for shopping. It is close to outlets, shopping centers and 1 of only 2 Costco Warehouses in Spain. Close to the motorways south of Madrid and apparently convenient for trips to the Warner Brothers Theme park. Nice spacious. modern rooms. Nice bathroom with plenty of very good towels and amenities. Breakfast was good.

Selected this hotel as a stop over on route from ferry port of Bilbao to Mijas . Firstly location in terms of stop over excellent just off the motorway .Yes it is in an industrial area so wouldn't want to stay beyond one night . However we walked to a shopping centre albeit next to main roads in about 15 actually ate their which was fine . The hotel is modern clean and comfortable . It also has great parking indeed we had a garage underneath our room with adjoining stairs . This was excellent and very secure a real plus . The bedroom was large and very comfortable . We did experience some noise in the night from other guests in the lobby as our room was 17 on ground floor so will get a room further away next time . Breakfast unfortunately we didn't get past the queue , two coach loads of tourists arrived and we decided it was to long to wait . Summary great for a stop over .

Hotel was easy to find, but it is in a very industrial area. Seemed to be lot of tourists around and the hotel itself was great for the price we paid (Two rooms for 4 people at £35 per room). Hotel is modern and everthing was in good condition with only the floor of one room (laminate flooring) showing signs of wear/damage. Interestingly our rooms were on the ground floor and had steps leading down to a private garage area - weird, but not and issue. Staff very friendly, especially the restaurant (and we didn't eat there). After hours amenities (food/drink) was limited to machines, but not the end of the world. Unsure of transport links to Madrid Centre, but we are considering using the hotel as a base if these are easy as it was a pleasant stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel for the convenience it offered. Well located - just off the highway - easily accessible. Hotel was simple, clean & with a modern touch. Breakfast was limited but correct - just what a business traveller would be happy with. Free undergound parking & wifi.

A good nights sleep here except for the thermostat that didn't work properly. Staff spoke excellent english. Romm was very comfortable except for the temperature too hot or too cold. Location has great access to shopping and resturants. Would stay here again for the location.

We stayed here for a few nights before going to Madrid. It has free parking and is close to a large shopping outlet mall only 5 min drive. The room was pretty nice and modern. The staff was very helpful and kind even let us park our car in the underground garage under the hotel while we stayed in Madrid for a few nights at no extra cost. We will be back and stay here again no doubt. Thank you for everything.

A relatively new looking hotel in the middle of a new industrial area. It was perfect for a good nights sleep. Personnel was very attentive and polite. Room was as many hotel rooms, nothing remarkable. Breakfast and dinner left to be desired and unfortunately there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room. A ten minute walk to the centro commercial was a plus.

A good hotel if you are only passing by Madrid. The service and amenities were good or ok. The room was nice and clean (although the pillows were sub standard and the sink didn't work). The restaurant isn't worth visiting unless you have no other choice. The food was edible, but not very tasty.
