Casa de carácter con piscina privada entre Sarlat y Rocamadour

Esta hermosa casa de Perigourdine del siglo XVIII se encuentra en el corazón de un pueblo tranquilo y pintoresco a 400 metros del río Dordoña y es una base ideal para visitar los valles de Lot y Dordoña, así como los sitios de renombre de Sarlat (30 km ), Rocamadour (15 km), Padirac, Lascaux y varios de los pueblos más bellos de Francia. La casa es ideal para una familia numerosa o dos familias que deseen compartir sus vacaciones, ya que cada habitación está equipada con baño y WC privado. La pequeña tienda de comestibles en el pueblo ofrece pan y cruasanes por la mañana, y dentro de 5 km encontrará todas las tiendas, supermercados, alquiler de bicicletas y canchas de tenis en Souillac, una ciudad animada con un mercado quincenal famoso por sus productos locales. . Se pueden alquilar canoas en el pueblo y a lo largo de esta parte del valle de Dordoña. La región es famosa por su gastronomía y encontrará una gran variedad de restaurantes en todo el pueblo.
La piscina, abierta de junio a septiembre, está completamente asegurada por una barrera y una alarma sonora para la seguridad de los niños pequeños.
El jardín está completamente cerrado y no tiene vis-à-vis. La casa contigua, perteneciente a los propietarios, nunca está habitada durante los períodos de alquiler en verano.

Beautiful Pinsac Property

We stayed in the lovely, quiet village of Pinsac for a week this August (2025).The property was immaculate and spacious.The outdoor space was perfect with a great pool and plenty of outdoor games for the more active amongst us.All in all a lovely property in a lovely location.

Excellent property - actual rooms and pool larger than they look in the photos. All the communal rooms are very spacious. Pinsac is very quiet but has a very nice local shop/bar/restaurant. Kids loved the inflatables and table tennis table. Ideal for two families. Local river has beach (10mins drive) and is excellent for the whole family.

Le logement est très bien équipé et parfait pour 4 couples car salles de bain et toilettes dans chaque chambre. Les chambres sont bien isolées du bruit, nous avons pu tous nous reposer. La maison est très agréable et le séchoir à tabac donne de l'ombre pour les journées très ensoleillées. Dommage cependant qu'il n'y ait pas assez d'éclairage sous cet abri pour le soir mais c'est un petit détail qui ne gâche en rien le lieu. Il y a une supérette accessible à pied et on peut garer les voitures à l'extérieur, sur la place de l'église, en toute sécurité et sans avoir à chercher de places. Anne et les personnes qui nous accueillent sur place sont efficaces. Je recommande!

Au sein d une région magnfique, la magnfique maison, le jardin, la piscine et l espace abrité agrémentent considérablement le séjour. superbe location

Cette maison avec beaucoup de charme est dans un cadre idyllique, avec sa piscine, son séchoir à tabac qui sert de grande terrasse, son jardin. Très calme, on s'y sent très très bien. On a passé un superbe séjour en famille tous les 8. Tout est fidel à la description et presque en mieux. L'accueil pour l'arrivée et le départ est très sympatique aussi.

Une maison trés agréable des vacances au calme

Située à deux pas de l'église, la maison est particulièrement agréable. C'est une propriété entièrement close, avec un jardin et une grande terrasse en bois couverte (un ancien séchoir) qui donne sur la piscine. C'est un vrai bonheur de pouvoir observer les étoiles (et cet été la comète) depuis les transats autour de la piscine. La cuisine est très bien équipée (micro onde, machine à café, grille-pain...). Les quatre chambres situées à l'étage sont confortables avec une bonne literie. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. L'ensemble de la propriété est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très facile par mail. Accueil très sympathique sur place le jour de l'arrivée. Le village de Pinsac est très calme. Il y a une petite épicerie très commode à 100 mètres de la maison (elle fait dépôt de pain). A l'entrée du village (500 mètres), un jeune couple tient une excellente boulangerie (pain, croissants mais aussi pizza). Pour des courses plus importantes, Souillac est à 10 mn en voiture. La Dordogne est à 5 mn en voiture en contrebas du village avec une petite plage peu fréquentée. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Two families of four

This was the perfect property for two families of four to share. We have been holidaying in the Dordogne and the Lot for several years now and this is as good as any of the properties we have stayed in. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone with powerful showers, really comfortable beds, a very large outdoor area around the pool with good games facilities and a pool big enough for us all. The location is great with the river so close and some of the most beautiful towns and villages in the area nearby. The proximity to the A20 also makes the long journey home far more palatable. We would happily come again.

Maison hyper agréable dans un environnement très privilégié car extrêmement calme. Avec cet ancien séchoir à tabac près de la piscine qui devient un endroit très précieux pour se protéger du soleil. Autant pour les repas que pour se reposer ou même jouer au tennis de table. Une très belle prestation absolument en adéquation avec la promesse de l'annonce.

Prachtige woning met prachtig zwembad in prachtige locatie in prachtige streek !

+ Ruime, mooi gedecoreerde living met open keuken. Voldoende gerief voor 8 personen. + Ruime slaapkamers met elk een badkamer en wc. + Heel goede matrassen. + Een mooi afgesloten tuin met paradijselijk zwembad en voldoende ligzetels. Twee palmbomen en een prachtige roze bloemenstruik. + Fantastisch groot afdak, heel functioneel bij regen of hitte. Met pingpongtafel, darts, bbq , grote eettafel, reuze hangmat. + Alles heel netjes en proper. + Pinsac is een klein, lieflijk, rustig dorpje, centraal gelegen voor excursies . + Driemaal per week kwam een heel vriendelijk koppel 's morgens het zwembad proper maken en de tuinplanten gieten. + Vlotte communicatie met de eigenaars. - Tijdens de uitzonderlijke hittegolf bleef de living wel koel genoeg, maar misten wij een airco of ventilator op de slaapkamers, evenals vliegenramen. - De twee tweepersoonsbedden waren met 1,40 m wel aan de smalle kant. Al bij al een stevige aanrader !

Vacances au top dans magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour à Pinsac. La région est belle, la population accueillante et sympathique. La maison est très agréable. malgré quelques journées de mauvais temps, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse sous l'ancienne grange qui fait toute la différence pour s'abriter du soleil ou permettre de rester dehors quand il fait mauvais temps. La table de ping pong, le jeu de fléchettes et le hamac ont tout autant été appréciés. Le jardin est très agréable et joliment paysagé. L'intérieur de la maison nous a bie plu aussi à la fois fonctionnel et rien ne manque. Nous étions inquiets d'avoir toutes les chambres a l'étage - étant deux couples avec 4 enfants en tout- mais chaque chambre ayant sa salle de bain et l'isolation étant bien faite, cela permet l'intimité de tous. Je recommande cette location qui est le parfait endroit pour se reposer ou profiter activement de cette magnifique région.

A perfect home for our holiday

Having stayed in this property two years ago, a group of seven friends and I were eager to return this summer. Everything was just as lovely as last time. The house is clean, tasteful and spacious, with useful tips for the local area provided in both French and English. The pool and outside area is idyllic, including the perfect set-up for lots of long dinners by candlelight. The stars also look incredible once the sun has set. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for another lovely holiday!

Perfect house and location

Lovely house, equipped with everything one could need.. Within beautiful village and three minutes walk from excellent baker/general store, but so quiet you would think yourself in the middle of the countryside. We particularly enjoyed the huge shady terrace, great river swims, Romanesque churches, prehistoric cave paintings and excellent restaurants.

SUPER SÉJOUR

Superbe maison, correspondant en tout point aux photos . Rien à redire sur la propreté . Des jeux de societé des livres ainsi qu'un classeur repertoriant les marchés, les restaurants ainsi que les principaux sites à visiter sont à disposition. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme du village et surtout l'accueil et la gentillesse de Sylvie et stephane. Nous étions 4 couples et les 4 salles de bains et 5 WC ont été les bienvenus. Tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour et ce fut le cas pour nous. A louer les yeux fermés .

Très jolie maison, bien conçue et très agréable à vivre (nous étions 4 couples) Décoration sobre et de bon goût conforme en tous points avec le descriptif et les photos. Jardin et piscine parfaitement entretenu. Grand préau pour prendre les repas à l 'ombre tout en profitant de la piscine. (Seul bémol: Wifi annoncé mais connexion impossible)

Située dans un joli et calme village, la maison est très agréable. Les pièces sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La décoration rend le lieu charmant. Piscine, jardin sans vis à vis et grande grange permettent de vivre dehors en famille. Le service tout au long du séjour est parfait, même en cas de petit souçi. La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir la vallée de la Dordogne. Une location sans déception !

A perfect french family getaway

Last summer my family and I stayed at this beautiful property in the Dordogne. We were looking for a property with enough space to comfortably house 6 adults and 2 children under 5 with great facilities and a private pool. More importantly we didn't want to be miles away from anywhere. The house is in the pretty rural village of Pinsac - not a lot going on in the village itself, apart from a small shop that sold the most delicious bread freshly made daily. However, just a short drive away along the river was Souillac - a larger town with a couple of big supermarkets, some great restaurants, cafes and shops - some of which are located in a really pretty little square. The house itself had everything we needed and for those with young kids it was ideal because the garden was housed entirely by a 10 foot wall so no escaping. The swimming pool was fenced off so the kids could play in the garden and we didnt have to worry about them falling in the pool. The covered BBQ area was great - lots of room for a big family to eat outside in summer months. A big hammock and table tennis table were great little touches. And BBQ supplied. Inside, the house was spotless. Great facilities, comfy leather sofas, TV, lots of board games and a big dining table. Kitchen had everything to inc. a big fridge to stock lots of wine and beers. Bedrooms were a good size with en-suite bathrooms. A short walk down to the Dordogne River and lots to do in the summer months - swimming, fishing and canoeing. The house is within walking distance of probably one of the best restaurants I've ever has the privilege of eating in - Chateau De La Treyne. A fairytale style chateau perched on the side of the Dordogne, home to 2 Michelin starred restaurant serving fine French cuisine and lots of Foie Gras based dishes, which is a local delicacy in the Dordogne. My husband and I ate here for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. We were able to leave our son at home with family members and walk to the place, have a few glasses of champers on the beautiful terrace overlooking the river, before experiencing some of the best food I've ever tasted - it was a truly romantic experience. (I live in London and we've eaten at a fair few Michelin starred establishments - this was the best dining experience I've had to date). All in all a fantastic family holiday and the accommodation was the icing on the cake and excellent value for money - hope to visit again one day.
