The K2 Residence was born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. The KREATIVO apartment, on the 2nd floor of the residence which can also be reached by lift, is a three-room apartment consisting of a large living room with kitchen complete with flat accessories, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, as well as a TV corner and sofa double bed. The sleeping area consists of a main bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, one of which in the master bedroom, both with shower cubicles. The apartment has a balcony equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to make the most of their time outdoors and also connected to the balconies of the bedrooms.
Just 150 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and in just 10 minutes on foot you can reach Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area that bears the same name \" Cerrano Tower\". The Residence offers Wi-Fi connection included, furthermore to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price.
