Highly recommend this quiet hotel

Clean room, comfortable beds. The first tonight the closet door light kept coming on every ten mins. I let the front desk know this the next morning and they came in and fixed it. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are very spacious we had a standard 2 queen room. The hotel is near the strip without the hustle and bustle. Very quiet hotel even in the hallways. We loved it so much that we are staying here again in November when we come back.

Basic,newer hotel

Nice, newer hotel so not alot of defects or wear yet. There were some issues that probably could be easily fixed. One is the mirror in the bathroom, it isnt meant for anyone under 5'6'' or so. I'm short, and couldnt see in the mirror making it impossible to do my hair or makeup in the bathroom. There really isn't any convient place to do it elsewhere. Also never found the silverware until the last day, the drawer handle was hidden so I wasnt aware the top drawer came open, which was were the silverware was located. Elevators slow. Pool not heated, even tho they said it was, way too cold to get in. The breakfast is ok , but too crowded. The waffle iron is in a bad position making it hard to get to drink station, ect. while people wait on waffles. It was clean, good spot as far as grocery next door and few restaurants. Bed ok, smushy pillows.Rooms are spacious, nice to have th mini kitchen too. Lady at check in was very friendly, informative and helpful.

Excellent hotel

Everything about our stay was excellent. Check in was quick and friendly ( I mentioned to the hostess that we were there for our anniversary, and she later slipped an anniversary card under our door!!!). The whole hotel was clean from the entrance to our rooms. Very nice pool area too the breakfast was exceptional. Nice large eating area. I would definitely recommend staying there!!!!!

Lovely hotel but SO noisy

Great location. Walkable to a super store and even places to eat. The river walk next to the hotel is lovely. Close to Dollywood too. Free parking is a bonus. It’s clearly new so everything is spotless. The front desk staff are lovely and so handy to have laundry and the breakfast! The rooms kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Now the downsides. It’s so noisy! The AC is noisy, the fridge makes noises and every half hour we could hear gushing water. The walls must be paper thin as we could hear conversations going on… outside! We barely slept a wink and the blinds leave a gap so it’s very bright.
