It comfortably sleeps 10 people, has 3 decks, a private hot tub, grill, and extensive game room, which includes arcade games, pool table, corn hole, board games much much more!

Upon arrival, you'll be captivated by the grandeur of the first floor, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the luxurious living room in natural light. Whether you're unwinding by the majestic stone fireplace, enjoying movie nights, or engaging in friendly competition with a variety of games, there's something for everyone. The open-concept kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and ample seating, invites culinary adventures, while the adjacent dining area provides a cozy space for gatherings.

Step out onto the expansive wrap-around deck, complete with multiple dining tables, gas and charcoal grills, and rocking chairs, offering a serene space to savor the surrounding beauty and enjoy al fresco dining.

Excellent location

Perfect location. Just off the strip but still scenic. No traffic! Check in was seamless. Kitchen had everything you need. Host checked in to ensure we were comfortable. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic!

We loved our stay and the house was everything we hoped for. Our kids loved the game room. We all loved getting in the hot tub in the morning after we woke! The jetted tub was awesome too! We highly recommend!
