All I can say was incredible!!- I booked this for my Mom an 4 of her sisters and all they talked about was how clean a nice it was being there.The owner was so good at communicating that I nearly thought I found a new friend.I will most definitely be booking again for myself an hubby .. I was so impressed with this property an owner communication that I will check here 1st before I check any where else ..Most definitely 10 stars quality even if nine was the highest best rate ever !! -thanks Justin

Well located - very close to attractions and grocery/gas. Hot tub was nice, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen reasonably well stocked. Cleaning could be better, dust build up on bathroom fans, toothpaste spatters on walls and windows pretty smudged - but beds were clean and kitchen appliances clean. If you plan to cook, I suggest bringing your own kitchen knives and any tupperware/plastic bags/tin foil - there is none. Also, if you’ll be there more than 2-3 days, bring extra toilet paper, paper towel - not much is provided. Overall good value for the price.

Everything was perfect. Very close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Went with 3 other couples. Each having a bedroom and bathroom was a major plus. Loved the theater room with pac man and pool table. Brought back a lot of memories for us old people. Plenty of space to eat and play board games on the big dining table. I just cant say enough good things about our stay. Not a hitch at all.

Very nice home/cabin with a nice relaxing feel to it! All bedrooms were very spacious! We really enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Pigeon Forge. We loved our stay and would come again!

Went to watch my daughter play in dci. Had a slight ant invasion, and the dryer was not working the best, but location was good if you don’t need a view. Plenty of room in bedrooms and bathrooms. More seating in living area downstairs might have been nicer. Great communication with owner. He got right back to us on everything.

We had a great time at this property. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked with all the basic items, nice to see the hot tub water is changed after each stay. Plenty of room for our family (kids and adults). Great location and parking space. Will stay again.
