This charming three-story cabin offers four stylish bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The main level features a King master suite with a private bathroom and balcony access. On the upper levels, you'll find two additional King bedrooms and a kids' room with a fun full-over-full bunk bed—perfect for little ones!

☆ BATHROOMS ☆
The cabin includes 4.5 bathrooms, all featuring tub/shower combos with rainshower features and spacious vanities. There’s also a bathroom conveniently located near the pool for quick swimsuit changes.

☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆
The spacious kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, a full-size fridge, and appliances like an Instapot, toaster, and blender. Enjoy a Keurig coffee bar and easy cleanup with two sinks and a quiet dishwasher.

The open-concept living area is perfect for family gatherings, with a cozy stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, and bright, sunny afternoons. A Pack n' Play is available (bring your own bedding).

☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆
This luxury cabin features three levels of spacious outdoor areas perfect for large groups to relax. After a day of exploring, unwind on the padded furniture by the outdoor fireplace and take in the views. The lower-level balcony is ideal for quiet moments in the hot tub or sipping wine.

The main level offers an outdoor dining area with a great view, while the top-level rocking chairs are perfect for conversation. The balconies provide stunning photo opportunities.

☆POOL☆
Relax and unwind in the private heated saltwater pool, located in the basement on the same level as the hot tub. Set to a comfortable temperature of 80-85°F, it’s perfect for year-round enjoyment. The peaceful atmosphere is enhanced by beautiful hand-painted murals and cozy seating for ultimate relaxation. With dimensions of 15ft long, 7ft wide, and 4ft deep, it’s ideal for leisurely swims and splashing around—just no diving allowed!

Occupancy:
Maximum of 10 guests (8 adults max). No adults on the top bunk. All guests over 2 must be included in the reservation. For liability reasons, visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed at any time.

PARKING:
Flat parking for 2 cars (35 ft long x 20 ft wide). No overflow parking available. Please check listing photos if unsure about vehicle fit.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT:
Check-in anytime after 4pm with a personalized door code. $50-$100 fee for early check-in, depending on cleaner availability. Check-out is by 10am.

ENTRY:
Keyless entry with a personalized door code sent on the day of check-in.

INTERNET:
Stay connected with 500 Mbps high-speed internet, perfect for streaming, browsing, or working remotely. The living room features a 55" Smart HDTV, and you'll find Smart TVs in each bedroom as well. Simply log in to your own streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay. Whether you’re relaxing by the fireplace or unwinding after a day of adventure, entertainment is at your fingertips!

LAUNDRY:
Conveniently, the cabin has a washer/dryer and we provide 2 laundry pods to get you started.

PETS:
$150 fee for up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max each).

Smoking:
Non-smoking property—no smoking inside.

Incidentals:
Our cleaning service provides basic "start-up supplies" including 1 roll of paper towels, small liquid dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash liners, hand/face soap, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. These are travel-sized items, so please plan to purchase more for the duration of your stay.
The property is stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, and 2 bath towels per guest. You'll need to bring or buy soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
A Keurig coffee maker is provided—please bring your own coffee pods.

Refunds & Cancellations: We follow the cancellation policy agreed upon at booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. No refunds for weather-related issues or events beyond our control, including hurricane season (June 1–Nov 30). No date changes after the free cancellation period.

Item Variations in Photos: Photos are for reference only. Items like lamps, rugs, and decor may change due to damage or replacement needs. Room setup and bed sizes will remain as shown. No refunds for these changes.

STRICT RULES: Violating these rules will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

HOUSE RULES:
☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.

☞Security Deposit: A $500 deposit "hold" will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, if no damages occur.

☞Trip Insurance: We recommend trip insurance for emergencies. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period.

☞Cancellation Policy: We follow our cancelation policy, In the event of cancellation, any Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing fees are non-refundable.

☞Rental Age Policy: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration. No third-party bookings allowed.

☞Occupancy: Max 10 people (8 adults). Only children on the top bunk. All guests 2+ must be included in the reservation. $150 per person, per night fee for over-occupancy.

☞Visitors: No unregistered guests. Unauthorized guests will incur a $150 per night fee. Exceeding occupancy limits results in a $500 fee.

☞Parking: 2 cars (3 max if compact). No boats, trailers, RVs, buses, or commercial vehicles. No street or neighboring cabin parking.

☞Parties: No parties. Do not attach banners or balloons. You are responsible for damages or extra cleaning fees.

☞Check-In: Self check-in after 4pm via smart lock. Early check-in is $50-$100, based on cleaner availability.

☞Checkout: Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is $50 per half-hour.

☞No Smoking: $250 fine, loss of security deposit, and damage charges for smoking inside.

☞Outdoor Grill: Supervise while in use, clean it afterward. Bring charcoal.

☞Security Cameras: 2 cameras (front porch & driveway) recording during your stay. Tampering incurs a fee.

☞Indoor Pool: Supervise children. Use at your own risk—no diving. Temperature is fixed at 80-85°F. No alcohol, glass, oils, soap, salts, or bath bombs. Violations: $250 fine + repair costs.

☞Hot Tub: Do not sit or stand on the cover—$400 fee for damage. Use at your own risk. No oils, soap, salts, or bath bombs. Violations: $250 fine + repair costs.

☞Trash: No routine pickup. Cleaners will collect after checkout. Don’t leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears.

☞Pest Control: We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. To minimize pests, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.

☞Power Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable may be disrupted due to storms or other issues. While rare, we cannot offer refunds for outages or unforeseen circumstances.

☞Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Violations: $250 fine, loss of security deposit, and possible eviction.

☞Restricted Items: No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter. Violations result in a $100 fee and damage charges.

☞Showers: Keep curtain liner inside the tub to avoid water damage.

☞Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products, wipes, or trash.

☞Items left behind: Host is not responsible for items left behind and cannot assist with retrieval or shipping.

☞INCIDENTALS: Starter supplies are provided. Please be prepared to purchase more for your stay.
