The day I got there, I looked around and took pictures of all the pre-existing damage. The couch that everyone complained about in prior reviews is still broke. I messaged the contact to let them know and got questioned like I was the one that did the damage. At that point, i grabbed my belongings and got a room somewhere else. The contact did offer another unit but by this time I was irritated and declined. Property lacks care and maintenance. No refund was the response I got. I would not recommend staying here. Kinda felt like I got scammed. Couch broke and stained, tables are scratched up. Window blinds damaged, paint damaged on pantry door. Very frustrated with the quality and how much it cost.
