The day I got there, I looked around and took pictures of all the pre-existing damage. The couch that everyone complained about in prior reviews is still broke. I messaged the contact to let them know and got questioned like I was the one that did the damage. At that point, i grabbed my belongings and got a room somewhere else. The contact did offer another unit but by this time I was irritated and declined. Property lacks care and maintenance. No refund was the response I got. I would not recommend staying here. Kinda felt like I got scammed. Couch broke and stained, tables are scratched up. Window blinds damaged, paint damaged on pantry door. Very frustrated with the quality and how much it cost.

The communication with the owner was excellent. It was close to all of our activities as well as very quiet. It was somewhat dusty throughout property. Second floor was hard for us due to circumstances beyond anyones control as my husband had an injury prior to our arrival. We would definately stay there again but would probably choose first floor.

Simple stay in the hear of Pigeon Forge

This was our second time to stay in this complex. For our purpose - teenage child staying with friends and we attend their competition events or take them places - this was a convenient stay. Not so comfortable for hanging out all day, but easy to get back and forth, make runs to convention center, food, and back to our fridge or for changes of clothes as needed. Both times we've been in this complex, the bed and seating were not too comfortable.

Perfect for a weekend get away

Great location if you have any plans on the main road (ex: Dollys stampede, go carting). Bed and sofa could be a little more comfy, but the unit was very clean and the AC worked great.
