House was sizable for a group of 8. Would be good up to 11 people - can’t imagine more than that squeezing in. Parking is an issue - it seems 3 different houses all think the parking spaces belongs to them, which is confusing and stressful. If this was really 16 people I don’t know where you would park your cars. Check in process was not smooth. Self check-in with a code that didn’t work. Needed to wait a significant time for an updated code. Not sure if the code was changed or just mistake in transmission. Everything seemed to be maintained at the bare minimum levels. 1 trash bag - asked for more… you need to buy them. 1 washing pod providedVery worn out pool table feltBatteries in TV remote so weak you needed to be within 1 ft of tv to work (though it was broken initially)No tissues providedSoap dispensers all filled to about 10% of capacity. 1 of 4 stove burners didn’t workAll the pots were scraped upMost things were clean. But…Unfolded a sleep sofa with a dirty sheet (lots of hair and lint on it)Black mold on shower trimI understand this is a business, but the level of cheapness here felt weird to me and unlike previous Vrbo experiences.

It was a very clean cabin. The space was more than we needed but gave everyone room to breath. I would highly recommend for a large family or group. The only issue was parking. The parking spot for the cabin is behind and down the hill. We would unload at the front door and then move the cars.

What a great family cabin! From Grandparents to grand kids… everyone loved this space! Very convenient to the highlights of Pigeon Forge, too. Our host made communicating easy and they were super responsive. 10/10 stars!

I love the location on the southern end of the parkway. Located within a mile and half off parkway seemed to be less traffic on southern end. All rooms were very clean. Over all great stay

Overall stay was great.Just a few things that i wanted to mention there's no closet for master bedroom on mane floor so you will not get to hang your clothes. There was no kitchen towels/ dish cloth and not enough bathing cloths.I know it says pool / hot tub there's no pool here just a little misleading, l was very disappointed in that. Other than that everything was good especially the beds!

The lock to get in and out was a little confusing and difficult to operate. There was a spider’s nest with eggs in one of the hideaway beds and some minor stains on some of the blankets. Overall the cabin was enjoyable and the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful stay in the Smokies

Our family of 14 enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the VRBO rental in Pigeon Forge. The property was in a very convenient location, about 10 minutes from Dollywood. Our grandchildren and children enjoyed the all the games in the home like the pool table, the shuffleboard, movie theatre and the hot tub. We cooked all our meals there and everything worked great. Everything worked perfect in giving us a wonderful vacation

Great Time !!!

The cabin was roomy and very clean, grandkids didn’t really want to go and sightsee and do things because they enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and movie night. We did get them out for awhile to see things , we had to bribe them with ice cream out . Definitely will stay there again!
