We appreciated that the listing was pet friendly. Since we realized somewhat last minute that we needed to bring our dog. The space was comfortable, but could have been cleaner. There was trash (food wrappers) under the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and the bottom bunk beds on both sets had broken slats/broken supports. I contacted the host about it on the first night and was told maintenance would fix it next day. They did not. I was offered a partial refund, which I accepted and appreciated.

The room is a little dated but overall clean. We enjoyed having all the space with the beds! The kitchen did not have a coffee pot or Keurig. The knives were very dull. Not enough bowls or spoons. The deck had a great view and we enjoyed sitting outside. We will definitely be back!

It was absolutely worth the money and a beautiful location with easy access to everything nearby. The heated pool was great for the kids, too! The area was kept clean, but inconsiderate patrons that arrived left cigarette butts all over instead of using the butt can in the smoking area (all the same cigarette brand, so presumablyone person). Host was responsive and timely, but both the questions I asked regarding what was available in the kitchen were answered incorrectly which made us lose time necessary to acquire items not available. Parking is tight, but not impossible. The stove elements didn't heat quickly which slowed cooking, and the unit needs an update. Other units on the property had been remodeled and looked very nice inside. None of this is a reason not to select this property, but I believe in honest reviews to help other patrons. Great location if going to Dollywood or the Island, and only 15 minutes from Garlinburg.

Not applicable to us. Only thing wrong was not enough pots and pans and cooking utensils. We eat in a lot. Otherwise, very nice accomodations.

We had a very pleasant stay at this nice little getaway so close to Dollywood. We found the property exactly as described and our communication with our host was outstanding. Thank you for making our short visit to Pigeon Forge so enjoyable.

Overall, it was okay. When we arrived, the couches were damp from what we hoped was from cleaning. The floors in the main bedroom were sticky. the toilet was dirty. It was a little confusing for check in. I was receiving text from the property manager, but bever received any direction of which unit or instructions. I was able to log back in and retrieve the info. However, it was just luck from trying to figure things out. We were not aware of the one parking spot unit arrival. the parking is a free for all, multiple times we had to find other guest and ask them to move rental sling shots from our spot. Overall, the stay was okay. It was nice having a spot to retreat to. The location is great. and access to the property is good. Would we stay here again, if we couldn't find something else a better then yes. The issues are manageable. We were neither disgusted nor impressed but it worked for what we were there visiting for. Thanks for the stay.

We stayed for three nights over the labor day weekend. The location was great. Close to the activities but away from town enough to feel like you were in the woods and somewhat secluded. The property was accurately described on the VRBO site. Owners were helpful and informative. Check in process easy and stress free. We enjoyed our stay and the property provided everything we needed for our stay.

Great location!

The location was great and the communication from the hosts was fantastic!(You may want to bring a few extra towels and extra toilet paper; we had 6 people stay and started to run out by the end of the week.)
