Very helpful host. Thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge, but still secluded. Well-maintained property with everything you need for your stay. Would stay here again.

The property was great. It comfortably slept all eight of our family. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and the kids loved the arcade. It was also close to Dollywood and other attractions.

Awesume stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Moose Lodge, lot of family fun and competition with the game console. Soaked in the hot tub, grilled steaks on the grill and relaxed having close access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great service, highly recommend!!

Guest convenience was an afterthought. Guest safety may have been compromised.Eight days after checkout I developed a febrile illness consistent with leptospirosis that resolved with doxycycline. Given property conditions, this was not surprising. The children's bedroom had active moisture on ceiling tiles, a hole in a damaged ceiling tile, and audible scratching in the walls during our stay — evidence of active wildlife or rodent intrusion we reported to management. The master jacuzzi had no fill spout, filling only through jets and filter. Jetted systems without proper fill infrastructure and unknown maintenance histories present a recognized sanitation and bacterial exposure risk. There was a bee infestation in the bushes by the front door. We reported all of this and recieved no help. The booking process involved mandatory biometric ID verification through an undisclosed third party after payment, while we were already traveling. The listing falsely claimed data "is not stored." Post-booking terms included a clause permitting removal for real estate showings and a likely unenforceable chargeback waiver.One dish towel. No pot holders. No written instructions. An app that failed at check-in while we stood outside with children after traveling. A porch unusable due to carpenter bee infestation. Thermostats seemed to ignore guest input.Prospective guests should ask detailed questions before booking. This was the worst experience I've had on VRBO.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely cabin with our 2 daughters and their families. Check-in was straight forward and problem free. The bedrooms were spacious and each one had its own full bathroom. BONUS! The cabin was clean when we arrived and there was plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. The kitchen had very nice modern appliances and there was streaming tv in all rooms with fantastically fast free WiFi. There was a little hiccup with the electric vehicle charger on the property but there are level 3 chargers nearby. Maybe the owners will invest 3-400 in a level 2 Tesla charger (that many car makes are able to use) Talk about a draw to the cabin - level 2 charging will make us all reserve it. (Charging costs very little - maybe 5 or less) The attractions at Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are just minutes away yet you feel like you are high up in the mountains with a few quiet and respectful neighbors. We are very happy we chose this great cabin. It was a wonderful vacation, mostly because of this place.

Comfortable, close in to PF

Like so many rental cabin locations in the greater PF/Gatlinburg area, the cabins are very close to one another. However, this worked well for us as we could quickly get into town for dining, shopping and entertainment. You still feel like you are in a rural mountain location, lots of trees. Some confusion with getting to the place because of one way roadway. Adequate parking but it can get difficult because a new cabin is being built nearby and construction workers have limited space to park and work! Owner/management made check in and out very easy. Loved the primary bedroom & bath, roomy and updated. Lots of good quality towels and washcloths. Loved the gas stove for cooking. It should be noted water pressure is a little weak, but hot water was plentiful! Nice hot tub and fairly private. If you want a place that is close to almost everything that is Pigeon Forge, it’s hard to beat!
