Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The bed was pretty comfortable but one side of the mattress is kind of sunken in. The owner should probably consider replacing the mattress for that reason. It did appear that the floor was not swept or mopped when we arrived, a lot of dirt on the floor. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, including a piece of the floor in the bathroom that has completely come off and is a safety hazard. The balcony railings need some paint as they are rusted pretty bad and it makes the view not as pretty. On to the good things, I enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub! That was nice. The overall location to the condo was fabulous. Basically just minutes from anything in pigeon forge. We would consider staying again once the maintenance issues are fixed and the mattress has been replaced.

It was perfect for us. My husband and I went to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, it was close to all. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We had all the information text to us that we needed for a seamless check in.

The condo was very much what is listed on the Vrbo website. Clean and has everything you need while staying there. The only complaint is there were no extra light bulbs for the floor lamp even after imessaged the host, we did make do with the overhead and kitchen lights.

Great overall

Easy check in and out, great location! Only docking a star for overall rating because there were some minor issues. Hair/false eyelashes found in bedding for the pull out couch. (Blech!) Was also missing a pillow case for any of the extra pillows stocked. Having a little one, I wished there was a night light on premises, definitely will remember to bring my own in the future. Almost all of the plates were chipped/cracked which could pose a safety risk. Appreciated the items stocked in the unit! & My daughter absolutely LOVED the jacuzzi tub for baths at night!!

41st Anniversary trip

Needs a few updates

We stayed the week of Christmas, and at first glance, everything seemed great. However, once we settled in, a few issues became apparent. We are all light sleepers, and in the condo, we could clearly hear the people upstairs as if they were right next to us, as well as those walking in the hallway.Additionally, the TV in the bedroom is outdated. The smart features were non-existent, so we couldn’t stream anything all week. The bed in the main bedroom is memory foam, but the right side of the mattress is dipped in, likely from wear, making it uncomfortable for my husband to get a good night’s sleep. On our last night, we switched sides, and it was clear the mattress needs replacing.The dining table also felt unstable, as if it might break at any moment. While the place was okay overall, there are some updates that need to be addressed as soon as possible.On a positive note, the location is great, and the check-in process was very quick and efficient.

Thanksgiving getaway

Everything was great, we had a great getaway. We fixed Turkey and all the fixings, with no problems. The kitchen was well equipped. The only problem was the front door did not seal good and had a big gap around it.
