It was difficult to figure out how to actually get in the building and which elevator stop we needed to get to the correct floor, it's not labeled on the building nor in the listing. The building is having some renovations so there is scaffolding set up across the entire back and there was a ton of construction trash in bags and all over the ground. The actual apartment itself was fine. It was decorated like my boomer mom owned it so was typical and expected. The finishes were done poorly and you could see through the grout on the decorative tile in the bathroom and around the jacuzzi tub. There were a list of rules on the fridge about the thermostat that were not listed on the listing and would have been a deal breaker had the weather been different. They have very specific rules for the temperature. There was car alarm noise every day we stayed for hours at a time. The inside pool is creepy looking and cold. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed. We specifically chose this place for the jacuzzi tub as I was running several races in two days and would need the recovery. The tub broke on the day I needed it and then the regular bathtub drain was a cheap plastic piece that had stripped so neither tub was functional. The owner responded right away when I called about the tub leaking water and did apologize for the inconvenience but thankfully the plumber told us what was happening because we never heard from the owner again. We paid more than I feel like it was worth.
