First on arrival we had to contact owner due to air conditioning not work. Home was 86 degrees. He did send someone out and cooled next morning. A full night of misery. Drains clogged, extremely dirty, cobwebs inside and out. Home had not been dusted in what looked liked in months. Fan wobbled loudly, lights missing, blinds broken, carpet dirty and worn. This home pricing and advertising listed as luxury....FAR from it! We spent our vacation cleaning. The bed cheaper quality with form cut for top to look luxury but foam kept moving off bed. Bedding worn, walls dirty. It truely would be below average to average. I was expecting clean, updated, luxury as owner advertised. I cleaned it and bought my own cleaning supplies. Still windows could not be reached. Red bugs that owner did not seem surprised to hear about. I was told by bug company it was a red cedar mites, and they can bite. I was offered the small cleaning fee refund if I would not leave a negative review. I am guessing others might have accepted since the prior have been good reviews. I am not sure how long between cleanings but you can scape your nail in the dust it was that old I have stayed at numerous places in the Pigeon Forge area and this was on the lower end. Being honest for the next person that stays there. I told him all my complaints. Hopefully they take that luxury rate they charge and hire cleaners, update carpet, exterminate for bugs, get blinds, wash windows, update beds and bedding.
