Use the spacious barbecue area to prepare regional delicacies and enjoy convivial meals outdoors, whatever the weather. Refresh yourself in the private, fenced pool and relax on the sun terrace and in the pool house.



The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities. Explore the picturesque hiking trails or discover the region on a mountain bike. Visit the Casentino Nature Park or the Sasso Simone. Horse riding excursions or a refreshing dip in the water at the nearby waterfall provide variety. Great place to stay!

It’s an Agroturismo. We stayed there with friends, 21 total, 5 families, adults and kids. Fantastic welcoming by the owners. Great landscape, quite place, fantastic swimming pool. 4/5 different and independent appartements in a well restored house of mid 19th century - stones and wood. Great common place to cook and share moments. We went to : Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna, Mirabilandia amusement park!
