Mooie ruime appartementen voor 2 personen, van alle gemakken voorzien met wat je nodig hebt voor 1 nachtje. Heel jammer was wel dat het zwembad dicht was. Dacht bij aankomst nog even te kunnen zwemmen, maar helaas. Er stonden ook geen stoelen meer bij. Op de site stond namelijk wel dat in oktober het zwembad nog open was....het was ook prachtig weer.

Lo primero el sofá cama, incómodo con pelos en la funda, colchón y sábanas. El agua de la ducha no sale caliente. Y por último el olor del hospedaje era apolillado y a polvo. Sinceramente, no m alojaría sabiendo todos esto. Wifi regular.

Apartamento ruidoso

En el apartamento que nos designaron pasaba el ascensor por medio, si,si, por medio completamente y generaba muchos ruidos. Este tipo de apartamentos no se devén de usar y los que dan las licencias se lo han de hacer mirar. El apartamento es el 372, lo digo para que a nadie mas le ocurra lo mismo. Ha sido una mala experiencia. La limpieza muy buena. El emplazamiento bueno y muy tranquilo. El trato del personal de recepción también muy amable pero con expresiones como nadie a dicho nunca nada, no ayuda. Que lo compruebe quien quiera. Hemos tenido que poner una reclamación en turismo pues no se nos dio ninguna solución.

Assez déçus en arrivant, les photos présentées sur le site correspondent assez mal à la réalité d’un logement assez triste pour des vacances et très sonore (insonorisation limitée avec les voisins, autoroute collée à la résidence)avec un équipement limité (peu de vaisselle, peu de lampes). Cependant, la région est agréable et c’est un assez bon point de départ pour la visiter.

Muy buena estancia

El apartamento está muy bien. En mi caso tenía 2 habitaciones, una de ellas en el piso de arriba (como si fuera buhardilla). El suelo de Dicha buhardilla y las escaleras totalmente de madera. La otra habitación, comedor cocina y baño en la planta de abajo. Todo muy nuevo. Tiene frigo, calentador eléctrico, TV y menaje. La verdadera que todo muy cómodo. El primer día estaba cerrado el piso y al dar a poniente hacia mucho calor, pero al caer la tarde y pasar un par de horas ya todo bien. No hay aire acondicionado, pero finalmente no lo necesitamos. (En esa zona no suele haber). La recepción no está en los apartamentos si no en el hotel, a unos 500 metros al final de una cuesta muy empinada a la que hay que ir en coche.

Desastre de apartamento

Hola buenos días. Hemos pasado unos días de nuestras vacaciones en el apartahotel Dunas de Liencres calificado con 3 llaves. El apartamento no se corresponde con la calificación. Después de haber avisado a Expedia y al apartamento de mis 3 operaciones de columna (como siempre hago) debido a mi delicada salud; los colchones son patéticos, del siglo pasado, el sofá cama igual y la pata del somier rota (adjunto fotos). En resumen, colchones no aptos ni para bebés; mis hijas de 19 y 14 años se dormían en la playa del insomnio acumulado. De la ducha sale un hilo de agua, para quitarse el jabón es una odisea. No tienen armarios para guardar la comida y los pocos armarios que hay, huelen a cerrado, humedad, mal... Apartamento sucio con moho (adjunto fotos) Puerta de entrada a los apartamentos siempre abierta. La puerta del apartamento llave tipo sierra de una vuelta con puerta de risa. Nevera de 1 metro sin luz. Bombillas fundidas Nido de mosquitos en el balcón (adjunto foto) Pedí a través de Expedia un cambio y les dijeron que no había habitaciones libres. Finalmente, me he quedado sin opciones y hemos tenido que resignarnos a hospedarnos en este pésimo apartamento. David de la Rasilla

Apartamento espacioso pero con muebles muy antiguos, poco cuidados, especialmente la cocina. Fácil aparcamiento y al lado de la autovía (por las noches se nota mucho el ruido). La relación calidad-precio-servicios no compensa. En nuestro caso no repetiría.

Los apartamentos están separados del apartahotel, y aunque están cerca, carece de servicios. La ducha dispone de un plato muy pequeño, con cortinillas que se pegan al cuerpo. Hay sitio suficiente para un plato mayor y una mampara.

el apartamento era grande, pero estaba bastante sucio, al igual q las toallas. ademas a la llegada a la recepcion de los apartamentos nos encontramos con que llevaba años abandonada y tuvimos que preguntar a los vecinos que finalmente nos indicaron que teniamos que ir al hotel a coger las llaves.

Apartment smelled of smoke, washing machine door broken, no cooker , beds uncomfortable very very hard like sleeping on floor. Towel change once a week, no cleaning , cutlery- we had to buy a knife as theirs blunt. Surroundings of building dirty , broken pipes, does not look like the picture. Other hotel - gym dirty and only few equipment , need a car to drive up to it. Very very basic overall. Reception not there on weekends and one day in the week.

desangelado, al lado de una autopista.

Tiene pinta de ser una promoción de viviendas que no consiguieron vender y la promotora ha "reconvertido" los restantes en apartamentos hoteleros. Estás mezclado con residentes que sí viven ahí. La nevera es de chiste con un congelador que es un pequeño cubículo congelado, la lavadora totalmente oxidada, manchas sospechosas en algún sillón y lo mejor: Al ladito de una autopista. Si encima te toca la promoción de abajo tienen una recepción de chiste que no abre fines de semana asi que te toca coger el coche o subir una cuesta infernal para cualquier gestión con el hotel o para llegar al desayuno buffet. Un desastre.
