We stayed here for 3 nights before going up to a private villa in Kamala for a wedding. It was lovely and the setting is just perfect. We had the separate bungalows, they were a little dated, but seriously they were very comfortable. Bathrooms have been renovated and have plenty of space, only complaint, and one I find in every motel I've ever stayed, the ventilation isn't great in the bathrooms. The bed is really one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in bar my own. My son and his partner agreed the same with theirs. Pool area is quiet and very tropical. Lovely to relax in. You wouldn't know you were only meters walk away from Bangla Rd. We were early birds and went to bed fairly early, you could just make out the music from Bangla Rd, but it wasn't intrusive and it didn't go too late. We expected to have noise and go into the wee hours, it didn't. Had great sleep. Everything within walking distance, Jungcylon shopping center a close walk, beach across the road, Tuk Tuk on the road outside. Lots of food and stalls nearby, all walking distance. Breakfast was a great bonus and lots of it. The restaurant in front that overlooks the beach and busy road is great and open air tropical, great for spending lunch there and the arvos people watching. Felt safe at all times was a really good place to stay, would recommend for families or singles.
So disappointed! Stayed here for our honeymoon which we informed the hotel of. We booked a deluxe room. It was far from deluxe they gave us a terrible room with a missing tv, AC does not work properly, we got this horrible smelling/ extremely narrow walkway to go through to get to our room. The shower had no pressure you better off showering by the pool shower. Just disappointed and of course staff was not accommodating about the ac even though I called and asked for them to come take a look see if anything can be done. No one showed until I called 4 times. When you look for a place with AC DO NOT PICK THIS ONE! I can't express how much this ruined my stay! I hope all the rooms aren't like this
The resort is located at the end of Bangla road and the beach. You can walk to everything in Patong. The restaurant offers great food with a German-European flare along with the traditional Thai dishes. The staff is extremely helpful. We had a problem with our luggage when we arrived and they went out of their way to help me get it straight. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had one of the honeymoon suites. The small bar in front of the restaurant offers a great place to watch the beach and the people. All-in-all a great small hotel for the money
Great hotel in a great location, check in was easy, the rooms a very nice and spacious, especially there upgraded rooms. Breakfast is included and has a nice variety, the restaurant out front serves good food and the bar is a great place to sit and people watch. The resort is directly opposite the beach and beside Bangla road, so make sure you ask for a room away from that side of the resort. Nice inviting pool to relax around.
The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. They clean the room every day, close to the the beach Paxton. The only down fall was in a very noisy area. Sometimes difficult to sleep during the night when the music so loud on noisy street.
I have visited this hotel directly off Beach Road many times and have found the staff and the accommodations to be wonderful each and every time. Although this hotel is only 100 meters from the beach, it is hidden from the busy street with lush trees and growth. The pool area is also nestled among the trees and is a very comfortable place to relax. Attached and in front of the hotel is the restaurant associated with this property. Here is where the breakfast buffet is located. I have always found the staff very helpful and willing to go out of their way to provide excellent service.
We booked a standard room in building in Aug, when tried to cancel realised there was a clause in small print that you lost first night, even with booking.coms cancel before stay price. My fear came true. We were upgraded upon arrival as our standard room wasn't available, four months after booking. When I asked where it was was told if we couldn't sleep try for one night they would give us our standard room next day as the resort was full! This upset me as we couldn't cancel without a fee and had to llump it. We must have been exhausted from the traveliing as flaked out. Booked trips next day and never slept another wink but couldn't move as trips collected us both days at 7am I cannot describe how noisy it was trying to sleep or even chill it started 7pm-4am The standard of the room was exceptional, the breakfast great, the bungalows looked dark as the gardens were very overgrown, the pool was completely shaped all the time and lots insects. The situation of this resort means noise, very loud music and chaos as soon as you step outside
This hotel is very close to Patong Beach and Bangla Rd but still somewhat hidden from the busy streets. From the street you can not really tell there is a hotel down the small alleway but once you arrive you are treated to lush gardens and a very inviting property. Rooms were large & clean and all were very close to the amazing little pool in the hotel grounds. It was an excellent spot to relax before or after visiting the hectic Bangla Rd. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Stayed here for eight nights. It's a very touristy area, and you can hear the music from nightclubs until 4am. Food in the restaurant is really poor - head to Coffee Club down the road for breakfast, and there are numerous places to go for dinner. Staff look like they really don't want to be there. I returned to my room one day to find the maid using my hairbrush! The room itself was fine, HD TV and a very comfortable bed.
Had been to the place with family for dinner during our stay in Phuket. The place is just opposite to the Pathong beach. The food is quite good. There is an option to pick the fish per size and get it cooked as per your taste.
