The room was huge, tidy and clean. The property has 2 gates to enter so it is very safe. The owner was pleased to help us carrying baggage. However, it is located on the half of the hill, so the transportation to Patong Beach was very expensive. Unless you walk to the Patong beach, but it costs you 40minutes by walking. Otherwise,you can take free shuttle bus provided by the property, but it only provides 4 times(9am, 11am, 2:30pm, 6:30pm) daily. If you back to property in night from Patong beach, you need to walk 40 minutes or take grab(taxi), but grab(taxi) in Phuket is extremely expensive, about 300 baht in 1 km. The electricity fee is not including in the fee you paid here, it is calculated other, 1kwh=5baht. We stayed there 4 nights, the electricity costed 375 baht. This room has only 1 double bed, 1 sofa and 1 folded mattress which you can put on floor when you need to sleep. In a nutshell, the room is great to stay. But the disadvantages is the location is far and only has 1 double bed.

Un bel appartement

Nous y avons séjourné 3 semaines. L'appartement est situé en bout de couloir loin des installations communautaires ce qui limite le bruit. L'équipement est suffisant pour passer de bonnes vacances même si quelques menues réparation sont nécessaires. Les seuls inconvénients sont, d'une part l'exposition du balcon non loin d'un poulailler, le coq chante assez tôt le matin; D'autre part les autres vacanciers qui ne respectent pas vraiment les règles de la résidence et qui forcément oublient que d'autres vacanciers souhaitent se reposer. C'est hélas universel... Merci pour les formalités d'entrée et de sortie efficaces avec 2 personnes très agréables dont l'une parle le Français ! Nous pourrions relouer cet appartement lors d'une prochaine visite à Patong.
