Behavior of the Front Desk staff. We were there on a special occasion. A request for a free drop to Airport was denied as well as the discount they offered was not honored at the Spa stating it’s not part of the hotel - the one inside the hotel. Language was another huge barrier.

Nice hotel and by Bao tang beach. Pool and rooms very clean and I was able to have a late checkout for free. The breakfast has a lot of choices.
