The road to the room was very steep and dangerous. It had a beautiful view. I did not like bugs in room.

Only good thing was the view.

When we arrived power went out. Sign on the counter said, “cash only.” I couldn’t call Expedia to pay with my card because the lobby phone kept disconnecting. The hill to get to our room was very steep and hard to walk up and down. The sink faucet was loose. There were large ants in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper or hair dryer. The staff was not helpful. We left after two nights.

THIS PLACE IS DISCUSTING

This place is DISGUSTING!!!! The rooms were not cleaned and they didn't even change the sheets on the bed from the last person. The bathroom was covered in dirt and the entire facility was dirty beyond belief. They don't fulfill any of their advertised obligations and the staff are super rude. They offer nothing and the walk uphill to everything will require a massive workout. Do not stay here at all there are better hotels in the Main Karon Beach area. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!!!

Only for mountaineers.

Lovely sea view but only suitable for mountaineers as if you leave your room, you have a sheer climb up hill to reception or if you go down hill to the sea you have a sheer climb to get back to your room. There is no bar, mini bar or restaurant, only for breakfast. Wi-Fi is poor. When we arrived there was no room for us for 2 days and we had to find alternate accommodation. The only good thing about the hotel is the view.

We stayed for 3 nights. Found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable. The driveway is very steep. They have a shuttle that can take you up and down but the phones in the rooms don't work so it's hard to let them know when you need a ride. Some confusion about breakfast we thought we had free breakfast but was turned away in the line and told I didn't get a free breakfast. It's fine it wasn't all that appealing anyway. The pool is very nice and refreshing though. Our stay wasn't horrible but I'm sure there is better places out there.

Personnel très gentil. L' hôtel n' est pas pratique d' accès, soit en taxi depuis la ville, soit par des escaliers irréguliers et glissants depuis la plage. Les chambres sont grandes avec une superbe vue sur la mer mais les salles de bains sont désuètes. La piscine tombe en ruine, le carrelage est tout cassé, risque de coupures aux pieds. Cet hôtel mérite 5 étoiles pour la gentillesse du personnel et l' emplacement, 3 pour l' accès et le petit déjeuner, 4 pour les chambres, 2 pour les salles de bains et la piscine. L

Un angolo di quiete a Karon

Resort un può fuori mano ma con posizione molto bella ottimo come punto di appoggio x visitare la isola,gentilissimo il sig Berry e tutto lo staff.le camere sono datate ma comode e silenziose fatto raro ora a phuket.

Nous avons passé 6 jours en bagalow La litterie est tres mauvaise : on sentait tous les ressorts du matelas ! La salle de bain est tres vieillote : les joints de douches ne sont pas étanches ! . Lorsque l on prends une douche, il y a de l eau partout dans la salle de bain avec une tres mauvaise évacuation sans parler des odeurs ! Pour sortir de l hotel, vous aurez 2 solutions : soit prendre un taxi, soit descendre toutes les maches pour longer le long de la plage ! Le seul plus de cet hotel : une jolie vus de votre terrasse mais franchement, cet hotel ne merite pas ses 3 étoiles ! ....

Utsikten är helt underbar men backarna på hotellområdet var fruktansvärt branta. Så branta att vi blev tvungna att byta boende efter några dagar. Hotellet erbjöd sig dock att köra oss upp och ner efter att vi bokat nytt hotell.

Meget god beliggenhed

Der var intet service forfærdeligt chef på det hotel. Man kan tydeligt se de ikke vedligeholder det og bare har givet op. Vi mødte flere gæster der havde samme oplevelse som os, et sted man aldrig vil komme igen. God beliggenhed er det eneste hvis man har knallert eller bil. Hotellet ligger på et bjerg meget højt og langt at gå fra værelset til receptionen. Værste oplevelse

Illaluktande och nergånget!

Urdåligt,ingen bokning när vi anlände trots bekräftelse via mail,fick till slut ett rum som skulle vara bättre än det vi bokat,rummet var litet,luktade illa,trasiga sängkläder och väldigt nerslitet,inget fungerande wi-fi och ingen fungerande telefon på rummet och mobilnumret som fanns till hotellet hade ingen abonnent.Helt enkelt ett hotell som jag inte rekommenderar till någon.

Dieses Resort ist wohl von Hotels.com noch nie besucht worden. Dreck, Schimmel, Gefährdungen der Gesundheit. Wer das buchen will sollte sich darüber im Klaren sein das er spätestens nach einer Nacht, so wie wir, wegläuft.

Grusomt hotell i elendig forfatning,

Hotellet fortjener ikke sine 3 stjerner. Det var ødelagte skittene madrasser, mugg på sengegavlene, badet var skittent, doen lekk og det boblet opp i doen hos oss når naborommet trakk ned. Luktet mugg og råte i hele bungalowen. Rett og slett en grusom opplevelse. Anbefaler ingen dette hotellet.

Hotellets utsikt var underbar. Problemet var att precis som de står bor man på berget, vilket medför att gångvägen upp är krävande. Rummet såg helt ok ut och prisvärt, MEN - det fanns otaligt många ödlor på rummet. Även om man lyckats se dem (vilket du borde om du inte har synproblem) så gjorde dem ljud under hela natten, så vi slutade på 1 h sömn efter en 27 h resa.

с 05.08.15г по 12.08.15г мы бронировали Отель Baan Karon Hill выставлены в интернете не соответствуют реальности.Уважаемые пользователи не верьте рекламе нам пришлось бросить оплачиваемый номер и уйти в другой отель.Как нам вернуть деньги? Нас поселили в вонючей с грязной постелью номер,мы попросили связаться с руководством но администратор даже не стала разговаривать,а постель сказала вся такая менять нечем и номер дали с выходом на оживленную трассу.
