great little spot

had a lovely stay at a casa di luca, owner and the other staff were so friendly and welcoming. room was very comfortable and had everything you needed. not too far to walk for the beach and restaurants nearby. would definitely recommend to friends and family staying in the area.

Quality Hotel

Hotel is in very good condition. Neat, tidy and clean. All facilties well maintained. The owners are lovely people and extremely helpful as are all the staff. The hotel has a touch of class about it in fact. The pool is very clean and the temperature refreshing compared to other pools in Patong. About a 15min walk into the main part of Patong. The beach about 10 mins walk. Small shops, bars, restaurants, massage places all within 2 min walk. Perfect place if looking for a relaxing stay. The room i was in was very quite at night. Excellent for a good night sleep.

Avevamo scelto questo albergo per la gestione italiana, vista la nostra prima tappa assoluta in Thai...nella speranza di trovare quella " guida" tanto recensita da altri utenti. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato servizio unicamente thai...quindi l unico motivo della nostra scelta per questa struttura è andata a cadere. Per il resto, per il prezzo pagato non si può pretendere nulla. Infatti non mi lamento della mancanza del ascensore. Per il resto senza lode e senza infamia.

Nice hotel at very intetesting price

Clean hotel with confortante room. Very good staff. Excellent WiFi signal. Small pool. 10 minutes walk from beach. 15 minutes walk from nightlife. Near to everything but in a quiet position.
