this place is adequate. it looks like it was pretty nice 20 years ago but has since fallen into decline. Its not dirty per se, but it doesn't feel very clean. the carpets look stained and warn and the beds are sleep number mattresses that no longer function. did they get them used and put them out to pasture? or are they just no longer functional? there was a cabinet in the room that clearly used to have a fridge in it. the room still had a microwave, why not a fridge? I wont say this place is a dump. but it feels a lot more like what you might get for a hotel in the range of about half or 2/3 what I paid. staying here, I wondered if the owners were trying to put the place up for sale or if they're just putting off renovation.

Halls were dirty and smelled. Missing bulbs in lights. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Sleep number bed but didn't work. Low warm water for shower and tub did not drain.

Hotel has outdated furniture with old and wrinkled carpet. Room was adequate, staff was friendly. We had numerous problems with the key card not working. Had to call maintenance to unplug toilet and change out a dilapidated lamp. Having said that, the breakfast was great! Fresh, hot food and cold beverages. Staff was friendly and efficient. That somewhat made up for the rest of the hotel shortcomings. I would tell friends to stay there only if they got a reasonable rate (less than $80/night), as we did with Orbitz, anything higher and I'd tell them to stay elsewhere.

This hotel was a decent price and the included breakfast was tasty and convenient. The room however, was not that great--bathroom was a little dirty when we arrived, the bed was really lumpy and uncomfortable, and the air-conditioner was so loud that we couldn't sleep with it on--not great during a summer in Phoenix! The pool was nice and the staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient too. Our bed happened to be an old, broken-down "sleep number" bed, so maybe if you can get a room without one of those, and with a quieter AC unit, you'll be fine.

We were given a first-floor room facing the front drive. We found out later the curtains did not close. Other than that hotels was good.

The room and lobby smelled of smoke. The air conditioner in our room was not working.

The staff were great it's just the hotel went under new management so they didn't have shuttle line they originally told me. The pool was okay at first not clean. The room was alright no microwave and the bed was hard

Great place to stay for the con, breakfast was great. My husband wish they would have had bacon also.

Terrible. Staff are elementary professional. Rooms are outdated. Linens show excessive use. Stains on them. Mold under wall paper showing through, toilets literally don't flow, sleep number beds don't work, the cleaning staff are possibly blind. The hotel itself shows ok, but once in the rooms when paying attention to detail, you will see the upkeep and the overall standards are very low.

First, we were given a room that already had people in it! Then, our new room was attached to the elevator mechanics, so it was super loud all night long. That should not be a guest room. There also appeared to be a blood stain in our tub. And they forgot our wake up call. All this and the room was super expensive - the price was really high because it's Spring Training. So we paid a lot of money for a terrible experience.

The staff let us check in a bit early so we could get to our event. ALL of the staff was great! The breakfast buffet was the best and it was free! The rooms were clean as well as the bathroom. It is located close to a light rail station which I used frequently. I highly recommend the restaurant. I had the chicken pot pie and it was fantastic. The bar has a great selection of local breweries.

We enjoyed time ,we had a you couple of time our key would`t work and the staff was very speedy in getting the problem fixed. Staff was always friendly and always greeting us in the morning or evening when we were entering the lobby

I took my wife to Phoenix for a conference amd a getaway. I had booked this hotel because it looked nice and was closer to the venue and the entertainment. We had dtayed at a Wyndam facility on our honeymoon and expected the same quality, however once we got past the front desk my wife was immediately displeased. The hallway to the room stank and the carpet was filthy. Inside the room smelled as bad as the hallway, the stone table top had a big crack in it that was poorly repaired and the desk chair was so old that it did sit straight and the seat was thread bare. The parking garage was filthy and smelled like a series of transients had been living there. We thought that maybe it was isolated to our floor so we took a tour of the building and found that the hallways were just as dirty and stank also so there was no point to asking to change rooms because it seemed to be building wide. On the positive side, the lobby, restaurant and gardens are very nice. The quality of those area needs to be applied to the rest of the facility both inside and out. I had hoped to spark up a little of the romance from our honeymoon but the facility put her right out of the mood. Thanks Wyndham.:(

We had a room in the cabana suites, it was great! Plenty of room for 4 of us. Hotel was very nice I like having a restaurant there it was good. plus there free breakfast was good a real breakfast.

Decent location. A little dated but the room is very clean and the bed is firm and comfortable. The AC unit is quite loud when it runs. The pool is a bit old and the water is okay, not so inviting.

Stayed one night. Ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and free breakfast - food was good.

My 3 sisters-in-law met me there and we had a fun 5 days together. The pool area

Parking garage needs more lighting and cleaning.

The guest service was extremely helpful and friendly. Gorgeous TV in our room and very comfortable bed. Free parking in the ramp next to the hotel was very convenient. We were surprised there was not a fridge in our room.

Awesome breakfast. There are sleep number beds in the rooms. Unfortunately the one in my room didn't work.
