Located in Traviata, this condo is gated, private, quiet and super safe with walking access to restaurants, shopping, parks and golf. The condo is brand new, fully furnished, split two bedroom with two king beds, massive walk-in closets and spacious bathrooms. Two 65 inch TVs, furnished relaxing patio, oversized sectional couch, dining area, filtered water, washer & dryer, lots of storage space and private parking garage. Amenities include brand new heating and AC unit, fitness center, heated pool, lounge chairs and pool towels. This is a top floor unit, must be able to walk up stairs to access. Rental includes scheduled monthly cleaning. Per HOA, min 90 day rental required.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a dishwasher.
