Owner does not seem to care
Have been using VRBO for 15 years, at least once per year and always up to this point have have a wonderful 5 star experience. Not this one. A brief summary:1-Usually you get a week or so before the start date notes on how to enter the condo. Not here. I contacted the management that said I should have and would contact the local manager. I was told by him to text him after I picked up my rental car and he would meet me at the condo. When I did he could not show up for a personal reason and sent me the digital lock code and a map of where the condo was in the complex. The very rudimentary map was of no help an I needed the building number or which there are 17. He did not know the number so I had to go from building to building walk up the stairs to see if my apt number was there.2-The internal instructions:Usually when you get in there are instructions on how to work things, when the trash is picked up and where you place it, Nothing at all.3-Electrical outlets in KitchenThey did not work. Had to go to electrical panel and use the reset procedure to get them working. This happened three more times during our stay.4-KitchenThere are two coffee pots on the counter. One Keurig style did not work at all. The other a drip did work except the on off switch has a light that is to be on when you are using the pot, it did not work and the heating element under the pot was not keeping the coffee hot.
