I guess I deserve it for trying to get something for nothing. Price was $35 a night and I couldn’t resist. Sorry I did though. Key didn’t work every night which meant a long walk to the lobby to deal with the snotty staff and listen to them try to blame me for the problem. Decided to soak in a bath but no plug. Used a washcloth but then no hot water! My room was way far from the office across an expansive parking lot. I found later you have to let the water run for at least 10 minutes before you get Luke warm water. One sheet and a comforter . Wi/fi never worked after numerous reboots complaining them resetting etc. TV remote only worked within two feet of the TV. TV an old tube type. When I made a list and went to speak to the staff, the manager was very curt, snotty, and just stared at the computer screen. Finally, once I told him I’d wait until he could get his full attention which then amounted to him trying to blame me for not knowing how to use the equipment. (ie. “are you sure you tourned the faucet the right way”) Deflection, blame and nastiness is how the deal with customer service. I told them twice that I always write reviews both good and bad. The night (lady) manager said in a snotty tone, “You’re gonna write what you’re gonna write”. Well, this is what $35 buys you so now I know, pay more if you want service and stuff to work. For getting a flop house to mess around with a hooker or use drugs, this place would probably be fine. Traveloge?

The room was so disgusting and gross I didn't stay more then 10 minutes. The sheets were stained. I had cigarette buds in my bed. Not to mention the people I saw coming in and out of rooms were for sure doing drugs and other illegal things. It was all terrible. Never ever stay here. I lost my money and had to find a much nicer hotel for the night.

If i didn't get a great deal for booking this on orbitz I would have been super annoyed.

Would not recommend this facility although the staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. I think the Travelodge company should do an on-site inspection. I think they would be ashamed to have their name affiliated with it. Worst hotel (really it was a MOTEL, NOT a hotel at all) that I've been to in years and it wasn't even that inexpensive. Between the torn carpet and cockroaches it was disgusting There was supposedly drinking water available in the lobby but they were out and could only offer us sodas, which we did not want.

Fortunately, I got a bargain price via Orbitz or I would have been major disappointed. The carpet is essentially blanket material, cheap stuff that I've seen made at China. The bed is from 1940-50's spring mattress. That's cheap to provide such a bed. The room is adequate size. Updated carpet and bed would get a 3 rating.

No hot water due to the handle missing on the sink. Not enough towels for showering.

Would like for an extended stay. It was ok for one night too but didn't get to use a lot of the amenities.

False claimed on breakfast, Muffin, juice coffee cannot be considered a breakfast. Towels are very old.

The hotel is older but is well maintained. We stayed 4 nights while our local home was getting new tile. The room and property was well cleaned.

Clean, well kept hotel with great amenities. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was very lacking. Only options were mini muffins and juice and coffee. Due to dietary restrictions, I was not able to have anything but my kids who normally like muffins, didn't care for theirs, took one bite and threw them away. Only recommendation is to bring your own food. They have large mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Was only there for one night. Checked in late and left early. Just passing through.

I needed to make a quick trip for business to Phoenix an found this hotel in Mesa that was reasonably priced. It is in a decent area of town. The room was clean though a little outdated. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall a good experience though not a 4-star hotel.

Room was clean. It was a little musty smelling, otherwise I was very satisfied.

I had a lovely stay at the Travelodge in Mesa the rooms are very clean the air conditioner work great the staff was friendly is in a great location very very very friendly staff I would recommend this room this hotel to anyone

Its a roof over my head can't ask for much more then that its better then miles lol

At this low price, it did give me a place to stay for a night without any problems.

Clean , affordable, on site washer and dryer and dinning near hotel. Did not hav to travel far after work to take care of errons.

Room was alright for price, cold A/C,alright bed.. Only complaint was the tv and cable.. 20 channels,no HBO and couldn't watch local channels

I would have given this motel 1-1/2 stars but that is not an option. It was clean. That may be the only good comment I make. The room had been remodeled partially so there was a lot of empty space. The bathroom was nice except the shower head was about the right place for a 4 foot tall person. The bed was not terrible but my back hurt in the morning. The carpet had not been replaced yet and had burn marks in it. The TV was small and cable terrible about 12 channels and many that didn't seem available. The breakfast was a joke: coffee without any liquid creamer or milk, also only sweet and low. There was oj which was good. But otherwise there were some banana nut mini muffins. That was it. They could called it morning snack, but this is FAR FROM A BREAKFAST. There are too many places with good breakfast in the same price range nowadays. The pool looked good although I didn't use. Overall, not somewhere I'd stay again even at the great price you had.

I had booked this hotel room for a couple of nights because of the location to where I needed to be and it was a name that I was familiar with. Unfortunately, it was so grimy and disgusting, that I was tempted to leave several times. I ended up trying to clean the room myself, but it was extremely difficult. There were fleas in the bedding and carpet. The carpeting had worn holes and burns in it, even though I was supposedly in a non-smoking room.
