The hotel itself was nice. Our room was clean and we had a lovely view. I did not realize I booked the "destination package" which included daily drink tickets for coffee, margaritas, and their wellness smoothies. So this was a pleasant surprise. However, the hot tub was out of order and this is the only reason why I chose the Westin. There are not many hotel options in the area with a hot tub, so I narrowed it down to the few I found and I chose the Westin because I was very excited about the rooftop pool/hot tub/bar. After speaking with the front desk agent, it sounds like the hot tub is always out of order, or has been broken for a while and they don't know how to fix it. If that’s the case, this should have been noted on their website. I would have not chosen to stay at this hotel. The Westin was also the more expensive option of the hotels I was considering, so I was definitely disappointed given the hot tub was the reason I chose this hotel. Additionally, although our room was very clean and beautiful, this may have been the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. I could hear every conversation in the hallway, every door opening and closing, and I could even hear the 6:30am cellphone alarm coming from the room next to me. I felt like I had to whisper in my own room so others wouldn't hear us. Beautiful hotel and location, but I wouldn't chose to stay here again for these 2 reasons.

Properly is perfect. Went out there for waste management golf tournament. Friendly staff clean rooms. Exactly what you expect in a Weston. The location is right off of Mill Ave. walking distance to bars and restaurants. Will stay there again when in town.

Great hotel! I would advise to pay very close attention to the valet charge. It advertises at $49/night. Turns out that it was $49 for weeknights and $65/night on weekends. When I inquired at the front desk about this overage, I was told that they raise the prices based on demand. Very disappointing…..

Always love the Westin. This was an odd stay though. The tables in front of the couch bed were almost impossible to move as they were very heavy. Took us like 20 minutes to move them. The pool situation was BIZARRE. We booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Little did we know we’d be taking our kids into a literal nightclub with a DJ and tons of drunk people to use the pool. We felt like we were on display and random bar goers were putting their feet in the hot tub with hotel guests. Definitely disappointing.

The first night we experienced the windows washed on the 17th floor starting at 4am. No advanced notice. Loud banging, screaming and singing sounds for over two hours. The next night, the very loud wall drilling started at 6am. No acknowledgment from the management. In fact management was not available at all. In addition to other small things, as a hotel guests we were asked to use the service elevator because the main four elevators were being used by college kids who had a dj party on the 18th floor. Stay away.
