Cheri was very welcoming and the house had everything we could need. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We even enjoyed fresh oranges every morning. Sun City also had lots of activities to enjoy.

The Marilyn House was perfect for our stay in the Glendale area. The bed was comfy, kitchen well stocked, outdoor patio area, grill and backyard was a bonus. The neighborhood was quite and perfect for dog walking. We would definitely recommend it.

Everything to Like About This Property

This property was immaculately clean, modernized and comfortably appointed. It is exactly as advertised and a little bit better.Occupancy has been updated tastefully, appliances are new, bedding and linens second to none. Kitchen is nicely equipped.A minor miscommunication on check-in was immediately rectified by a call to the host. Cheri then circled back twice to assure message was received and all was well.A place to stay. Highly recommended.

Quiet Neighborhood, Awesome property

This rental is clean, tidy & the perfect size for 2-4 people. It's in a quiet, 55+ neighborhood. There was a minor issue with the TV, but the homeowner was helpful & prompt with advice to get it figured out. We were extremely happy during our visit.

Great house and location

We came got my hubby’s birthday and for baseball spring training. The house was very nice and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Great House/Location

This house is so cute, clean and homey. This is our second stay there and I would recommend it to anyone. The beds are super comfy, the back yard with the fire pit is great for nights. It is right off of Bell Road and everything is on Bell!

Great attention to detail

The place is very clean and recently remodeled. It is stocked with everything you may need, dinnerware for 12. We stayed with our dog and there was even a bed and dishes for him. Outdoor furniture and bbq brand new, the oranges off the tree super juicy and delicious. I recommend it for a short or long stay.
