The apartment was super cute. However, it looked cute, but wasn’t comfortable. The bed was uncomfortable as was all the seating. But the biggest issue were the blinds. There were not blackout and there was a giant lighted Chase Bank sign across the street that glared into the bedroom and living room. Also the apt. faced east and the sunrise came right in and woke us up each morning. It made our stay uncomfortable and I would not choose Sonder again.

There were no overhead lights in bathroom, bedroom or living area. Only floor lamps in bedroom and living area and light around the mirror in bathroom and over the tub. Very dark in rooms. However, there is an all night CHASE sign across from the bedroom which is extremely bright and kept us awake. Had I been in a hotel with a front desk, I would have asked to change rooms It was very difficult to sleep. The cleaning service left the previous renter's clothing in a bag on the couch. Obviously there was no walk through by the leasing company which would have removed the worn clothing. We liked the location and parking, but this unit was not good for us to stay in.

I loved everything about the property. I only thing I would have liked more is if TV wasn't only available streaming through apps - don't watch TV on my phone so didn't want to load apps only to watch during my stay.

Alright for the certain guests:)
The beds were comfortable, the light rail was loud, very light on supplies. No extra trash bags an minimal instructions in apartment like how to connect with the tv. No where to put shower products in master shower, curtain useless, shower faucet tricky. Hairdryer didn’t work in master bathroom. This is a lot of steps regarding how to get key fobs, using fob to get into 3rd floor parking ramp, using fobs for elevator, code for door… not easy for all guests I would guess if not technical skills.

We had a great stay here. It was in a great location and everyone we met were kind and helpful. We were a little turned around with the directions for where to access the parking but we made it and the we had to ask for help on how to quickly use the key fob in order to get the elevator to work, but once we got those things figured out, we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay again in the future.

Terrible communication in email containing parking and where to park. Key Fob didn’t always work and got stuck in the elevator. No lobby so had to email and wait for a reply to get issue resolved. Need attendant on-site to assist with check-in’s/issues.

It was not apparent that this was a private type of rental so no front desk to help with check in issues which were many. several calls had to be made to figure out exactly how to check in. When we finally were able to get into the apartment there was a strong mildewy odor particularly in the bathroom and bedroom closet.
