Todo muy bien. Nos comentaron que habían remodelado el lugar y sí se notaba bastante en las instalaciones. Es un lugar económico, limpio y con un personal muy amable. Lo que más destaqué fue el desayuno (con horarios ideales para quienes madrugan, de 6 a 9 am) y las amenidades: tienen lavadoras, máquinas expendedoras y la alberca y el jacuzzi estaban climatizados. Sin duda volvería.

For a basic short stay 3-star hotel,its descent, clean, hot water, close to airport with shuttle service. No roaches, waterbugs, ants or other pesky creatures and the wonderful scent of lemon Fabuloso and bleach greets you at the entrance door which means they are CLEAN. Very friendly and helpful staff too

This place is horrible. Our room had no microwave, we had to call down to housekeeping and have towels, put in our room upon arrival, the TV channel only had one channel and that came in really rough, so there was no watching TV. The room smelled strongly of urine, mold around shower door.

Disappointed with the condition of the room. Old and worn out. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Room darkening curtain had holes in it. There was an area on the wall behind the door that had been repaired, but not repainted. Lamp shades were torn. Box spring mattress cover was dirty. Good thing — The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The shuttle was great picked my aunt and uncle up at 5:00 and got them to the airport as described. The TV was a nightmare trying to operate We never did get it to work. The shower door was completely bent and did not close completely. If you did get it closed you had to call somebody to open it because it was so warped. I told the front desk it needed to be replaced. Room 204

Google maps took me to a homeless shelter first. It was almost better. The property was run down and the lights were burnt out in the hot, stinky room. I left and stayed elsewhere

Decent accommodation convenient to Sky Harbor at a great price. Free Shuttle! Smallish room. Good shower. Decent A/C. Great 24/7 desk help. This one is on my (short) list for trips to and from PHX.

The hotel served its purpose, but the pictures online make it appear much nicer than it was. If you plan on using their WIFI for work, it's almost impossible in the evenings due to the speed, I also tried to hotspot with my phone (verizon service), and that was not working. I was in room 126, the door handle/lock on the front of the door looks like someone tried to pry it open at some point, the reverse side of the door is missing it's trim. There is brown paint from the doors on the white door trim (I noticed this on several rooms in the hallway). The backside of the pocket door for the bathroom has peeling paint on it. Breakfast food was standard for most hotels and fine. The staff was nice. I purchased this through a an Expedia flight/car/hotel package for quick 2-day trip to Phoenix, and I did not see the standalone room price, but now looking at it, the range is $66-$72/night, so that is my fault, I got what I paid for. Both nights and into the early mornings I could hear a beeping in the hallway, I believe that across the room was a maintenance/elevator door that was always opening, causing the beeping.
