Excellent place to stay... loved it.

Very clean room and loved the smell (and bath products, I actually went online later and bought some!). The front desk were so nice and accommodating. After my flight got cancelled, I went right back there and stayed one more night rather than stay closer to the airport. I chose to travel there on the trains, and it was very easy.

Good stay, horrible parking!

The Sheraton Downtown Phoenix was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurants had good food, not spectacular but good. The pool was nice and the bartender at the pool was very attentive. My only complaint and it is a big one is there is very little parking. I had to park my car two blocks away in a public lot. We attend a convention at this location every year at this time. Although, it is convenient to stay at the hotel that hosts the convention, next year I will stay somewhere else due to the parking challenges in the Arizona heat.
