Sparkling pool, jet powered hot tub. Custom designed solid wood bar with leather saddle stools. Ping-pong, air hockey, and lots of other activities available for outdoor fun. Fenced in, grass covered yard with plenty of space to play and relax! Fresh lemons and oranges might be ready from the five citrus trees. Note pool/ spa heating is additional fee.

Ergonomics, equipment, and options. 3 dedicated work spaces - 2 private, separate from open layout. 3 adjustable height desks . Herman Miller office chair. Printer, monitor and keyboard. 1 lightweight desk on casters to use indoors or out. Laptop stand and lap desk. High-speed Internet throughout the home and outdoors.

You'll love this private, peaceful oasis. The unused park space behind the home and high fences give you a special amount of privacy, and we cannot stress enough how beautiful it is at sunset. The large primary suite feels like a boutique hotel,with your own private pool and spa!

Family and friends getting together?
Comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 9 adults. 72 in solid walnut desk is also a great dining table that can seat up to 8. The 60 in wide patio table can easily accommodate 6 to 8.

Accessibility and Universal Design for Living features make it easier for everyone to enjoy their stay. Most of the home is wheelchair accessible. Your reservation includes up to 6 guests - please note guests 7,8 &9 add $10 per night.

If children are with you, an assortment of resources are available for all ages - toys, games, and books - from busy books to Harry Potter. Fun floats and pool volleyball, toddler sized sports equipment as well as for adults, and more ensure everyone can have a good time. Pack and plays, pool fence, highchair, and more items to make travelling with kids a little easier :)

Currently, the home is not childproofed or suitable as-is for children 3 and under. Cabinet locks and outlet covers provided. Assorted indoor and outdoor toys and games available - organized by age group.

The pool and spa are heated by propane. It is highly effective and efficient, and there is a significant cost for propane delivery. So, we ask guests to help offset this expense with the following additional fees. The amount is calculated based on the cost of the propane delivery and maintenance of the temperature. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
