Beautiful home! Very modern and spacious. The bedrooms were great size for our group of 10 with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was clean and greatly organized. Communication was wonderful with the host prior to our visit and even during our stay. Location is perfect to Old Town with a short 5 minute drive. Would definitely recommend.

GORGEOUS amazing home!!! We held an event at a local hotel and I had my whole team stay at this gorgeous location. It was IDEAL for everything we wanted and one of the BEST most beautiful places I've stayed!!!

Very nice home with a location a short Uber (16) from Old Town. Fee’s aren’t very well explained. 400 to heat the spa/pool. Another fee for late or early check in. Check out is 10:00am which seems very early.

8 guys playing golf for 4 days. House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, hot tub was great for making us old guys didn't get too sore! Kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful spacious home for large group

The property is a purpose-built home for large travel groups. Tons of privacy and personal space with large bedrooms and lots of bathrooms, combined with great group space in a great location relative to Old Town. The hot tub is large and a great space to hang out, though the instructions for its operation appear to need updating.

Great spot for larger groups

Spent my birthday with friends. The space was very nicely decorated with tall high ceilings. Feels very luxurious and it was nice that most couples had their own bathroom to shower and get ready. No one has to wait on others for the entire weekend. The hot tub worked well! The hostess was so nice and got me a birthday cake for our arrival. My only issue was the driveway/ location of the home. It’s on a more busier street and a narrow soft curb to get on to the driveway. So be careful when getting on and off!! Walls are a little thin so walk softly, or you might wake up the others sleeping downstairs. The stairwell is gorgeous but be careful— can be easy to slip and get hurt

Modern home with nice location

Overall this is a beautiful, new modern home close to Old Town. Pros - nice large bedrooms and great for groups, love the kitchen area. Cons - not the best for kids with a large concrete stair case and pool area that is not fenced. We had some issues upon our arrival with heating the pool, multiple door knobs falling off, the keurig was broken and wifi was out one morning. One of the rooms AC was not working the first night. With that being said, the maintenance worker that helped us was great and was able to fix all our issues in a timely manner. Another negative is that they wanted to charge us $300 to check in early, I have never had to pay extra to come in early if it was available. They also offered baby items like high chairs and play pens for additional fees as well.

Az get away

We love the location and the size of the house It had plenty of Bedrooms and bathrooms it was very nice The problem was we had the electrician spend one full day with us, trying to get the air conditioners to work one day full day Then we paid $700 for the pool to be heated it was not working. They came to fix it and we never did have the pool and the hot tub working correctly. If it doesn’t work, we shouldn’t have to pay for it. The air conditioner could’ve been fixed before we got there. The pool should’ve been working other than that we loved it.
