The place was quiet and friendly service. Desk Clerk was nice.

Arrived from MN to find the pool was closed for renovating and would be our entire trip (why no one notified guests coming in I don’t know). Our first room had a big puddle of water on the floor, so we were moved next door to a room with filthy air vents, dirt on the walls, dirty bed linens and a dirty tub. We asked to speak with the manager after stepping over a used condom wrapper on the ground...only to have him walk right past us saying “I’ll be back.” I asked for a refund so I could leave and find another hotel. I was told that because we’d passed the check-in time, they would NOT refund one day of my three day stay! We’d literally been there two hours, tops. We left, went to Tucson and stayed at the BW Tucson foothills. Now THAT property is nice! Still angry at the rude manager and the theft of one days’ stay from me. I would NEVER stay there again!

I left my blanket here and the staff didnt cooperate with us. They said they would call us back, yet they never did. We had to call them over and over again every time they said they would call us back and they never did.

Front desk staff nice and courteous. Smooth check in. I have stayed here twice in the last month. They do have some loudmouth construction workers, and some visitors from Asia who were very loud in the hallway late at night. Overall, not a bad today. The free breakfast in the morning is pretty good. The room did not have a smoke detector, even though that is required by state law. Big oversight.

The exterior, pool area and walkways were clean and in proper order. The lobby was clean and inviting. However, the floors in both rooms needed to be mopped. In our second room, behind the bathroom door, there was a hotel bottle of shampoo laying in a puddle of its contents. By the feel of the shampoo, it had been there a few days. When my mother tried to call the front desk about the issue, a few times, the phone rang for several minutes but no one ever answered. Then when she went to the front desk to report it, the clerk actually asked if if she would like some supplies to clean it up herself. Also, the air conditioner in our second room was loud and never functioned correctly. After the front desk staff's reaction to her first complaint , my mother didn't even bother to report the second. I have now been home for two days and I am still experiencing acute shoulder pain from the bed and pillows. The beds were overly firm, too high off of the floor to set on the edge of and extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. By midnight on night one, I had to prop up all pillows to sleep sitting up because of the severity of my shoulder pain. If the hotel has no intention of purchasing new beds at this time, then at least invest in some pillow top mattress covers and new pillows.

Property was fine. My only real complaint is that the floor was dirty. You could not tell except for the dirt and lots of hair that would show on your socks.

Housekeeping could have been better but for the most part I will stay there again!

We were a little concerned with our last minute booking because it was so much lower in cost than the other motels. But once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms has been remodeled and the heated pool was great. Friendly staff and breakfast was adequate. The beds were not fantastic and were squeaky but for the cost we were pleased. We even decided to stay an extra night.

The pool was really warm! That was a nice surprise.

Staff was nice but the hotel sure needs a face lift. Nice to have a microwave and refrigerator but the bathroom and towels are poor quality.

A cash deposit is needed to stay in the hotel but is not mentioned in any of the bylines. They would not just charge it to my card and I had to find an atm to retrieve my room key

Bathroom and floors were filthy. Bed felt like a rock. People outside loud & drinking until 1am management did nothing.

Clean comfirtable room. Nice to get a waiver on the $100 cash deposit as i dont carry that kind of cash around.

The location was great for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good. My only suggestion is they provide more towels and bathroom tissue to the rooms. We had to ask for more several times. In the original advertisement, it stated there as a bar/restaurant onsite. That was closed. However, we found other like placed within walking distance that ere great.
