The room, staff and cleanliness was good, but it is very close to the highway and is very noisy.

We got there for an early check in and as soon as we stepped in front of the reception, the guy who seemed to be the lead of the staff put his hand out to stop us and tell us that it will be a while because they were having technical difficulties with a not so friendly tone. We waited for 45 mins as they tried to help other guests. That same guy answered the phone and told the person on the line to call back be because he's "backed up and has a full lobby". A man came in asking politely to borrow a phone but was kicked out rudely by that same employee. He was rude to his own staff or coworker. And so on to other guests. I asked about the pool and he said he will open it the same afternoon or tomorrow but after 3 days of stay, it was still closed. The bathroom showerhead looked like it was going to fall off. The bed sheets looked stained all over.

Very unfriedly staff at the front desk. No smile no worm Welkoming, no thank you for choosing our hotel. They need better staff at the front desk.

It was a little hard to get to because they were doing construction on the frontage road right in front of the motel. Breakfast was great, just in a very small area of the front lobby. Room was a little dirty, even had some old Burger King fries and chicken nuggets still in the microwave. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was that the freeway was very loud all night.

Rude Hotel Staff at checkin. Room type confirmation not honored at checkin Room A/C didn’t work Bad stain and mold issues in tub Enough said!

Room was great. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great too...

TV was broke. Toilet kept running and needed to be fixed

My husband and I were very disappointed with how we were treated during our stay. Each day we had to check in with the front desk to get new keys for our rooms, the hot tub did not work the first 2 days of our stay and did not get fixed until we called the regional manager. Housekeeping provided inadequate amounts of towels and room cleaning was inconsistent. When checking out, front desk staff said they were unable to give us a receipt for our stay. We would not recommend this

I had to move to three different rooms. The in room safes not working and one of the rooms had A/C problems. When I arrived I mentioned about the problem in the first room, and was told that a maintenance man would be available in one hour. I waited and when I inquired why no maintenance man has shown up, I was then told there was no maintenance working that day. Key Problems... Cleaning of room after 4PM ... Leaving my room door opening after cleaning... I was there for four days. There does not seem to be any management at this hotel.

Sink floor was dirty and was not mopped well. New paint and furniture but old doors and knobs. Partially renovated. Carpet smelled too.

We stayed over memorial day weekend and it was nice and quite. Very pleasant stay.

For the price for 3 night stay it was very affordable.. Had some key issues where we had to walk back to lobby to get the keys re-scanned. First night had the tub drain clog which was fixed the next day. Seemed like they were short staffed.

Good, affordable accommodations, conveniently located. Friendly staff prepared to go the extra mile to make us comfortable.

Women receptionists and female staff is excellent. Male staff terrible and not give good information about places to go and solutions ( some rude way). Not selected guesses produced too much noise 2nd night. Breakfast schedule is to short and dining room too small.

From my hotel room window, I could see people hanging around. I'm not sure if they were homeless or addicts. Since I'm used to being in the city, it was okay, but not sure if others would be okay with this. The location itself is good, since it's central to most places. The free breakfast and staff were great.

The front desk staff was a bit too condescending. We booked online and felt we were treated disparagingly

After getting a room that appeared not to be ready ( 2 soft drinks and a dirty towel). I was given a great room and excellent service. Their breakfast and all their staff were excellent!!

It was pretty quiet in the room (located top floor in the middle) although near the freeway, the room was nice and comfortable, the bed was a little stiffer than I would have liked (thanks for the pillows), and the service staff was descent and approachable. My only dislike was the fact that whenever the cleaning staff cleaned the room my swipe card would not work (my stay was for 9 days) and I had to make a trip to the desk to get the cards re-done every time. So, overall... very pleasant stay with easy access to the freeway, Sushi bar in the next building was a plus for me. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to a friend.

The front desk steff went out of their way to be helpful

We just needed a place to sleep close to a friend's house and this was very nice. Easy to get to, easy on and off the freeway. The room was nice for the money, clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.
