TV was broke. Toilet kept running and needed to be fixed

My husband and I were very disappointed with how we were treated during our stay. Each day we had to check in with the front desk to get new keys for our rooms, the hot tub did not work the first 2 days of our stay and did not get fixed until we called the regional manager. Housekeeping provided inadequate amounts of towels and room cleaning was inconsistent. When checking out, front desk staff said they were unable to give us a receipt for our stay. We would not recommend this

I had to move to three different rooms. The in room safes not working and one of the rooms had A/C problems. When I arrived I mentioned about the problem in the first room, and was told that a maintenance man would be available in one hour. I waited and when I inquired why no maintenance man has shown up, I was then told there was no maintenance working that day. Key Problems... Cleaning of room after 4PM ... Leaving my room door opening after cleaning... I was there for four days. There does not seem to be any management at this hotel.

Sink floor was dirty and was not mopped well. New paint and furniture but old doors and knobs. Partially renovated. Carpet smelled too.

We stayed over memorial day weekend and it was nice and quite. Very pleasant stay.

For the price for 3 night stay it was very affordable.. Had some key issues where we had to walk back to lobby to get the keys re-scanned. First night had the tub drain clog which was fixed the next day. Seemed like they were short staffed.

Good, affordable accommodations, conveniently located. Friendly staff prepared to go the extra mile to make us comfortable.

Women receptionists and female staff is excellent. Male staff terrible and not give good information about places to go and solutions ( some rude way). Not selected guesses produced too much noise 2nd night. Breakfast schedule is to short and dining room too small.

From my hotel room window, I could see people hanging around. I'm not sure if they were homeless or addicts. Since I'm used to being in the city, it was okay, but not sure if others would be okay with this. The location itself is good, since it's central to most places. The free breakfast and staff were great.

The front desk staff was a bit too condescending. We booked online and felt we were treated disparagingly

After getting a room that appeared not to be ready ( 2 soft drinks and a dirty towel). I was given a great room and excellent service. Their breakfast and all their staff were excellent!!

It was pretty quiet in the room (located top floor in the middle) although near the freeway, the room was nice and comfortable, the bed was a little stiffer than I would have liked (thanks for the pillows), and the service staff was descent and approachable. My only dislike was the fact that whenever the cleaning staff cleaned the room my swipe card would not work (my stay was for 9 days) and I had to make a trip to the desk to get the cards re-done every time. So, overall... very pleasant stay with easy access to the freeway, Sushi bar in the next building was a plus for me. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to a friend.

The front desk steff went out of their way to be helpful

We just needed a place to sleep close to a friend's house and this was very nice. Easy to get to, easy on and off the freeway. The room was nice for the money, clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

Even though this hotel has been recently remodeled, the water pressure in the shower was so low it was have to take a shower. The A/C unit is old and either the room was to warm or freezing cold. My room was not cleaned during the day either. Also when you check in they charge your credit card for a damage deposit, which I was never informs of prior to the trip. The said it will be credited within a few days of check out and will shall see.

I was only in town for two days so the room was doable. It was very clean which was one of my main concerns. The staff was very helpful. I had a small problem at check in but the man at the desk was very helpful and did all he could to help me resolve my problem. For that reason alone I would go back. Overall it was a good experience. Clean room, not a lot of noise and helpful staff. What more could you ask for

I was impressed with the new look of the front lobby and I love the staff they are very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this room to everyone.

I got to Phoenix much earlier than expected and asked to check in early it was no problem I wish other hotels were as thoughtfull

TV remote didn't work. Front desk clerk tried a different remote still didn't work. Switched us a different room all was good. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable.

My daughter has several Dr Appointments in the Medical District off Thomas Ave in the next few months around the children's hospital area. I booked this hotel blindly having never been to Phoenix before due to its semi close proximity to the Med District. The staff was friendly the room was clean the price was right. Perfect for a nights stay if you have Business or anything to do in the Central Phoenix area. I have stayed twice already at this location and will continue to book this location till my daughters appointments are completed
