I wanted to get my money back instantly. The cleanliness was not up to Orbitz standards what so ever.

Waste of money , and waste of time. To get to the hotel where I booked a room after a 11 hour flight and be told that I have to go somewhere else

We asked for a set of towels, since we had three people. They brought a duvet cover. We didn't get the towels until next morning. They didn't clean our room on our second night. They didn't have an answer at the desk as to why. My husband was approached by someone wanting money as he went to our car. There were bikes parked by the steps and a gentleman sitting on the step as we went to our room. Did notice trash around our area going up to our room. Cigarette butts, cups , paper just gave the place a messy look. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Quality Inn Phoenix North. I will definitely return when business takes me back to the Phoenix area. Friendly staff a very clean/tidy room with all the amenities and the best free breakfast I've ever experienced.

The toilet kept running the entire time we were there. No hot tub even though there was a picture of a hot tub on the website which is false advertising. No pool towels were available when asked. Staff said they were still in the dryer even though no one was in the pool

Just a normal stay. Nothing exciting. The motel was just a place to be for a surgery my wife had. It was totally adequate for our need at the time.

Pool was freezing, not heated. There was a helicopter spotlight search. TV didn’t work at all. Hotel was loud with people passing and a lot of motorcycle activity.

There was blood stain on the cover on the bed. Also, no exhaust fan in bathroom. All else good.

The front desk worker or manager was very nice and kind to me and also display customer service

I paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds. For the price the room was not that bad, but the neighborhood is pretty rough.

It could have used an outdoor elevator. But overall it was good.

I think they could use an outdoors elevator.. additional parking area might need to be be added.. but overall, good!

Close proximity to I-17 to PHX. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was not that good but just OK.

nice people and easy checkin. Had four rooms and it was quick and easy.

It was very clean, in a wonderful location for me and the hot breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful being that I didn’t check in until 2:30am. I definitely will stay always when I come back to visit. -A Tennessee Girl in Arizona:)

Excellent staff; friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast attendant kept everything neat and tidy. The pool was beautifully maintained. The only thing is that overall maintenance could be improved; general repairs need done. Again, the staff was very friendly and personable - we stayed 6 nights here and were pleased with our room and the service.
