Staff is rude and charged us late fees for having to wait on her! Holes in the walls, roaches and bugs and food wrappers left in the supposed clean room. Bathroom leaked water everywhere whenever used . Asked for a different room and was told we would have to pay an additional fee for a working bathroom!? Drug dealers. Everyday knocking on doors and someone stole our luggage off our car when checking out and staff refused to assist us in any way. Room stunk like mold and stale cigarettes.

Bed and pillows comfortable, room was clean walls and base boards stained with dirt and grim. Bathroom toilet seat was broken tub was old and dingy with rust and chipped cracks. Check in was outside in the dark through a security window. Lots of people smoking marijuana throughout the complex.
