They canceled my reservation because my mother was the one who paid for the room so the credit card used was under her name. They wanted her to be present , impossible when she lives in another state and then they also wanted pictures of her ID and credit card.

We stayed here to go to State Farm Stadium. It was convenient and close by. This hotel is right off the 10 freeway and there's a lot of places to eat around. Staff were really nice and friendly. Cleaning ladies provided excellent service.

The night check in window was a bit sketchy. I knew I was in for a treat when I saw the armed guard behind the lady checking me in. She gave me a room on the backside of the place which I was fine with because it was just me and not my whole family. But when I opened the door to the room it was like opening up a door to a casino. The room smelled like an ashtray. It was tough. Never again.
