I have multiple rooms booked two different reservations all the rooms were canceled before my arrival because the name on the credit card did not match the names that I put on the rooms. No attempt was made to contact me since they were all under one confirmation which then took me over an hour and a half to resolve before the rest of my team arrived. The room was clean but the property is definitely deteriorated rust in the bathtub and broken tile
The girl at check-in was not pleasant at all the manager had to step in which reversed the errors. The only reason we stayed here was that it was close to our venue and reasonable in price compared to everything else in the area that weekend
